@RCKnockout yeah just watched Them :). I am mainly intrested in the Slash 2wd because I also have a completely Upgraded slash 2 wd with an 3s system though. Do you think 4s Upgrade is worth it?
@OG-ShortsYT thanks for checking them out! Yeah I think going to 4s is worth it…the LCG chassis handles it well and I haven’t been blowing open tires on 4s…not on my 2wd anyways….I do occasionally blow open front tires on 4s with my 4wd Slash though
I am back and forth on wanting a 2wd. Should I do a Slash or Rustler? I've gotta Slash 4x4 VXL already, but I know you can do the same mods to a Rustler if I'm not mistaken.
@@lftdblazer I feel like the Slash 2wd and 4wd are completely different machines that happen to look petty much the same with the body on….I’d definitely recommend a 2wd…they’re a ton of fun and really help with driving skills because they require more finesse compared to a 4wd machine
@@bs9two4 good tip! Only bad thing is the grease is gonna attract a bunch of sand to it but you’re right, it theoretically should prevent it from getting into the bearings
@ to each their own lol I tried 3S on my 2wd n I think that’s too much so I just geared up n run 2S perfect for me 40-45mph and doesn’t wheelie unless you stab it going a slower good handling car will win every time but your slash is yours run what you want enjoy your videos
@ I get what you’re saying…I personally enjoy the wheelies…and I’m still able to run it on 2s if I want to keep the front down and have better overall control…glad you enjoyed the video!
Great Presentation!👍😎
@@cornfed31 thank you! Glad you enjoyed it!
Corpus Christi! Nice! Worked there for ten years 2008-2018. Hope you're enjoying South Texas!
@@superstatus2640 nice! Yeah it’s an awesome area!

Sick dude 🤘🏻
Thanks bro!
If you have the slash then I’d get the Rustler. Even though I have a 2wd xl5 slash. Old brushed and pre owned. It’s still a blast.
@@caseyedds2032 I’ve personally thought about getting a Rustler, I’m also kinda tempted to get a Bandit though too lol
Nice
@@SIRICKO thanks!

put a layer of a thick grease on the outside of the bearings and you will get no sand inside
@@bs9two4 good tip! Only bad thing is the grease is gonna attract a bunch of sand to it but you’re right, it theoretically should prevent it from getting into the bearings
@ yep
4S on a 2wd is too much but you’ll see soon
I’ve been running this setup for a couple years now….It’s a lot of power but it’s not over the top

The 2wd slash is my least favorite of my 12 rc cars.. it's been sitting on marketplace with a good price tag for 2months..
Why don’t you like yours? It’s personally one of my favorite cars
