Judges Matter's Mbekezeli Benjamin reacts to the appointment of Mandisa Maya as the new Chief Justice of South Africa. "It's significant that it comes right before we start Women's Month. It's the first time a woman has reached these heights in the legal community. South Africa will be counted as one of the few countries in the world that has a woman as a top judge," he says.
