Hi, Evelyn. Good to know. Yes, Google Forms only accepts a UA-cam video because they are already owned by the same company. If it is a video from another platform then you could add a link but it won't show a preview like it does with UA-cam.

Hello Mr. Stannard. I have looked at many of your vidoes including creating a quiz and they are always very informative. All of the videos that I have seen focused on multiple choice answers. However, I am interested in creating Mathematics tests that include pictures of shapes or other diagrams that would facilitate a test in topics like Area, Time, Statistics(Bar graphs) and so on. Is there any feature or learning platform that can be used to do that?

Hello Russell, thanks a lot for this video tutorial, I want to know if I could work all this tools in my IPad device because I’m trying to do the same steps but I cannot see some tools that your are showing in this video
I think for Screencast-o-matic you can do this on ipad if you have a recent, supported version. screencast-o-matic.com/iphone-ipad-screen-recorder but I've not tried it myself.
would it be possible to test our students through pdf sent inbox et ask them to print to be either done at home or online then at the end send the key answers and process to self correction or pair correction in order to evaluate their progress for example?
Fantastic idea the E portfolio !! I use Padlet. Each class I have, has its one because my pupils are young (10/11-14/15) but I’m going to introduce the E Portfolio for the oldest ones. Because the reflection and self evaluation are very important I think too, to become better. The only problem I see is that it is not allowed in France to make young pupils use google or register on any site with .com, because their private data have to stay in France even online. ( they publish on Padlet as “anonymous” and don’t have to create an account. On this way, it is ok) Are or have you been concerned by the same problem ?
I run all my formal courses using E-Portfolios. I love them. So lovely to read your comments. You can use a variety of tools. You don't have to use Google Tools. For example at the University I work at they use Mahara. Padlet is not really ideal. You need something bigger. MS Teams is another choice.
