@@nishamadhulika8024traditionally Annakut Sabji can't complete without Anna (Grains) In Mathura , Vrindavan, they add all available daals and raw rice (all soaked before 2hrs) and they put it after putting all masalas in tadka (before putting all veggies) Quantity - for 1 Kg mixed sabjis , put 2 Teaspoon washed raw rice, 2 Teaspoon moong daal, 2 Teaspoon tuar daal, 2 Teaspoon udad daal , 2 Teaspoon chana daal (Note - If you don't like other daals, just put Rice and Moong daal) In Mathura, these vegetables are always put in recipe - Raddish both it's root & leaves, Spinach, Aloo, Gobi & Brinjals. Other optional veggies as per your liking and they always put in this number - 7 or 11 or 21 types of different veggies 😊 Radhey radhey 🙏
