200 ग्राम हरी मेथी
200g कद्दू
150g गाजर

100g अदरक कुटा हुआ
100g शलगम
300g पालक
100g मोगरी सेंगरी
50g ग्रीन हल्दी यानी गीली हल्दी
200g पत्ता गोभी
200g शकरकंदी
100g टिन्डे
100g ग्वारफली
200g खीरा
300g मूली
150g बैंगन
50g भिन्डी 7 से 8
250g हरा धनिया पत्ती
500g टमाटर
100g अनार के दाने
200g सेब apple
100g लौकी
500g आलू
50g गेहूँ का दलिया
25g मूंग की धुली हुई दाल
25g मसूर की दाल
100g साबूत चावल बासमती
50g मटर पीली वाली या हरी वाली
100g चवले
100g काले चने
100g साबूत मूंग दाल
100g बाजरा
50g मूगफली
50g काजू
50g बादाम
50g किशमिश
30g जावत्री
5 से 6 हरी इलाइची
1 जायफल कुटा हुआ
30g सोंठ कुटी हुई
8 से 10 बड़ी इलाइची डोडा इलाइची
20g अजवाइ
30g लौंग
30g दालचीनी
50g सौंफ
20g तेजपत्ता
10 चम्मच धनिया पाउडर
2 चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर
50g कालीमिर्च दरदरी कुटी हुई
नमक स्वाद अनुसार
लाल मिर्च पाउडर मैंने नहीं लिया आपको खाना हो तो डाल सकते हो लेकिन टेस्ट काली मिर्च से ही आएगा खड़े मसाले मैंने पोटली में बांध के डाले है अगर आपको साबूत पसंद है तो आप साबूत डाल सकते हो लेकिन अगर साबूत आप इस्तेमाल करो तो मसाले मैंने जितने डाले है उसके आधे कर देना
और आप कम लोगो के लिए बना रहे हो तो मुझ से पूछ सकते हो और खड़े मसाले साबूत डालो तो अजवाई ना डाले तेल आपके अनुसार आप ले सकते है

बहोत ही अलग और बेहतरीन रेसिपी है यह . मैंने कभी सुनी नहीं थी ...और सबसे ज्यादा आश्चर्य तब हुवा जब मालूम पड़ा की यह प्रसाद के तौर पे गोवर्धन में बांटी जाती है ....
उसमे पड़े सब्जी और अन्य चिजोंको देखके उसकी टेस्ट का अंदाजा नहीं लगा सकते.......अंदाज कई गुनाह बेहतर टेस्ट आएगी
