You have enough hardware to make whole build just from engineering samples.
Awesome video as usual
Now thats some sweet hardware!!!!
I could be wrong but I think those V7700s are the first (or one of the first) to have Display Port.
That's an RV670, and yes, the rv6xx were indeed the first to come with displayport.
-- the guy who wrote the bulk of the open source display driver for these.
We in fact spent 7 months waiting for Dell to finally deliver its displayport monitor, the first one available at all. 3 months after we ordered it, we got word back from ATI (which was mostly a concrete block on our legs) that they just got asked by Dell whether Dell could use the ATI verification hardware to test their already supposedly available monitor.
@@luc_libv_verhaegen Don't you love working with big companies?
@@Wasmachineman Well, ATI then sided up with redhat to kill the AMD+SuSE partnership over this. The world hated fglrx, but ATI was fighting tooth and nail to keep their ways of working, and redhat supported that, vigorously. To the extent that the second AMD was in financial trouble due to the 2008 credit crunch, and the redhat fork won.
This end was also the end of actual nda free user manuals to the hw, showing very clearly who was on the right and who was on the wrong side of this struggle. And yet the redhat employees who were actively working against proper open source code and open documentation, are still happily claiming that they are all for free software today.
@@luc_libv_verhaegen Money talks, bullshit walks unfortunately.
Your engineering sample collection (yes, I've watched previous videos showcasing more of it) is simply impressive One can't help but wonder how do you get hold of so much of that. Excellent video as usual.
Those AMD cards Looks really nice
AMD needs to use red boards again!
3:50 The Tetris card. X)
Great hardware review!😄
Great collection.
What a find!
Cool!
nice collection 😍
I'm a fan of your videos. One question , how do you get this type of hardware, some have not been sold. Here in Brazil even old hardware tends to be expensive.
Hey that HP has a RAID card! Awesome! Looks like a fantastic Windows 2000 or XP system to me!
Great! It would be Nice If AMD start using the red boards again 😁
Those are some sexy cards.
💯💯💯💯👌👌👌👌
Cool. Máš "enginering" hardware, ktorý môže byť celkom vzácny.
14:03 But isn't it ironic? They will sell you stuff that acutally didn't belong to them but are not willing to give you at least one erased hard drive...
Not less ironic: The HD 4350 is for once an upgrade - over the original NVS 290 at least.
4350 is only testing rabbit to unknown condition systems
@@RETROHardware Oh that's definitely part of the irony for me.
kde vobec najdes take cool casti? na bazosi/marketplaci neviem najst ani picu
my hd 6850 it hd 5970!!!!!!!👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾
