Q Where are you from?
A I am born in former Yugoslavia. Mom is Serbian, Dad is Bosnian. During the '90's war we came to the Netherlands and I got Dutch nationality. Have been living in Amsterdam for over 5 years.
Q How can you afford to travel so much?
A I saved for 3 years while working full time and now travel vlogging is my job. I work together with tourism agencies but also do some freelance work on the side. You can watch this video: • HOW TO TRAVEL THE WORL... and this one: • HOW TO SAVE MONEY FOR ... to learn more about my story.

A Canon G7X Mark II and Final Cut Pro X
Q (Why) Are you vegetarian?
A I'm vegetarian but not strict. I don't eat any meat, fish, cooked/boiled or fried eggs. I gradually became a vegetarian over the course of 15 years because I disliked the taste of meat more and more. After doing a yoga teacher training in 2015 I also quit fish and the eggs. No matter my food preferences I have no issues with other people not being vegetarian. I don't judge others and kind of expect the same favor from others concerning my own food preferences. It makes for a more friendly world :-)
Q Why do you usually travel alone?
A Because my friends have jobs with limited holidays, kids and partners. Also I really like exploring on my own.

Hema got the best 'Rookworst' The horseshoe shaped smoked sausage. Every district has its own recipe but the consensus is that hema's rookworst is tops. For travelers on a budget just have your main meal at lunch time there.

TRAVEL VLOG IV There is an iconic jingle for a detergent powder called 'Nirma'. Hema is a female name in India and so are other names in my comment. That jingle says Hema, Jaya, Rekha and Sushma all choose 'Nirma'. We all have grown up listening to this jingle since our childhood. So, if actually HEMA have Nirma in their store, that would be pretty ironic. 😂😂

I miss HEMA here in Germany. They had shops here, but the next HEMA in Duisburg had been closed down last year. I can't understand why. The same destiny had Albert Heijn in Germany. Very strange, because at the weekends masses of Germans cross the border to the Netherlands just for shopping!

if you can find tom pouce in a nice pastrybakershop, they might have the traditional tom pouces still the vanilla filling used to be cooked and called gele room thats how everybody used to make them but the huge machines that make it for HEMA and many others, cant probably not slice the tompouces in these big factories make then on huge assembly lines, so they been experimenting and this what nowedays is used, but this cant compete with the old style tom pouce
After watching this, I now want to relocate to Netherlands

I can't believe you picked up the rookworst with your hands, you are supposed to use the tongs! I used to love Hema rookworst and after heating it up and only intending to eat half I ended up eating all of it in one go. Hema has shops in the UK and deliver free but no rookworst, unfortunately that's only available in NL. Also the UK stores don't have the cafe part like in NL, this is awesome good value and great quality. Until about 5 or 6 years ago they actually did breakfast for 1 Euro, consisting of orange juice, omelette in a roll, croissant and a coffee, unbeatable.

Depends on if that's your complete budget including accomodation. Accomodation can be super expensive. If it's just transport and food you should be fine
