Aldair Cortes If you would do your part as a human and google conservatorships you would see Britney is not crazy in fact she is a victim of a system that in some cases is suppose to help those that are temporarily down and some instances should only be used for people in a state where they cannot function! What we have seen is a woman making millions for a father that she never wanted in control of her life, Guardianship abuse and elder abuse is happening all over the world! she is under control of her father her conservator the same drunk alcoholic that originally said he will return control of her life once she got on her feet again! she has always feared Jamie spears and not liked him she has always favored her mother! Her father is the same man that is under investigation right now that the tabloids don’t seem to want to touch on because it’s not about mental health! The tabloids continue to choose to cover up and protect this lie of a conservatorship and not mention her father received a restraining order from her kids breaking down the door and shaking her kid! All these tabloids are biased and paid to leak a story to favor a side! "I see the case as a civil rights case," said US lawyer John Eardley.
"These are issues of confinement. Very serious confinement. Not allowed to contact her friends. Not allowed to use the phone. Not allowed to come and go as you please. Bodyguards controlling you and so forth."
Spears' father Jamie had been granted temporary conservatorship of the Blackout singer's affairs on February 1 and will retain control until March 10.
Spears was released from UCLA Medical Centre's psychiatric ward on February 6 and has spent much of her time since at home.
In court papers, Eardley said: "She is being confined by the conservator to the private prison of her own home
