Okay so imma tell you in brief...
Those 6 lines u see they are your strings the top one is ur small e string and the string which is on the bottom is the last e string now those numbers on those specific strings is the note you have to play on a specific fret
For eg. If it is g string 2 then you have to play the second fret on the g string.
