  • From 6:44 you are looking from the top because I reversed the camera orientation to be able to have everything in focus.
It takes about 10 minutes with no tools required except for a flat screwdriver.

What a great video, did not have a clue where the filters lived. Your right about the Bosch filters, they are inflexible, and like Pete D I took a lot longer to complete the job, and have the scars and blood stains to show. One thing that I found useful, is to slide a thin strip of card over the first filer, as this allows the second to slide in easier, remembering to pull it out. Again many thanks for the video

Thanks so much for doing this video. Really helped me when replacing my filters this evening. Would have been a 10 minute job if the last owner hadn't installed the existing filters upside down! wow that bottom one really was a stubborn get to remove without getting hold of the tab! got there in the end, and new MANN filters installed with the tabs now readily accessible for the next change. Thanks again for the vid, really made it easy to disassemble the necessary components to access the hatch.

Excellent! I was changing my heater blower motor so did these at the same time (I've had the filters for a couple of years... ;) ) Your video made it really clear what to do! Many thanks!

I am very grateful for your video which has helped me immensely. Obviously it would have been a much easier job in a LHD car without steering column in the way. Thank you

I couldn't slide the top one in over halfway, but after I let it stand overnight with the filter (WIX) halfway in it slit in very easy.
Still a bastard of a job.

Hi I've only ever seen either on passenger side in other countries or the side in the video, not both.
