Man, this is great! Just the right tone and topic for your channel 😄
Thanks, buddy! This is gonna be a fun project. I appreciate the feedback 🤩🤙
Super cool video man!
Very nice combining the Old World Charm, with 21st Century Building Tech ! Hoping more young folk will take up the calling or becoming sustainable, boutique farmers, picking up where previous generations left off ! Looking forward to the evolution of this build Logan !
Thanks, Shawn! I hope all is well with you
Really like the incorporation of the old home into the new!
Me too! The old cabin is in pretty rough shape, but it will be really cool to restore it back to useable space one day soon
Wow - such a blessing 💓 These people are blessed to have this property AND you to improve it!! It'll be great. God bless y'all 💞
I’m so excited for them. It should be a really fun project!
@@HeirloomBuilders Amen!! Thanks for sharing with us! We'll be watching 💞
wow awesome project!! I wish you guys were closer to Charlotte, NC so I could have you build a heated floor like that! do you know any builders around the charlotte area? I"m actually in York, SC about 25 minu south west of Charlotte, nc.
but you also need a/c. if you have under floor hvac with a variable speed ht pump it's so much better.
love your work, but i really don't get this (of course you're not the designer). and i've designed and built a multi story upslope home in Sausalito in the early 2000's (the guv is so corrupt there. small town tax base with big city problems they dump on home builders/biz). the home used floor heating. nat gas. with all the levels it helped with no ducting and 1/3 the home was underground as it stepped up the hill BUT there was no need for a/c like there is in NC. seems like waay overkill for a 500 sq ft foot print. hey, it's their money.
