That Gold Rush electric set is reminiscent of the old Tyco US1 trucking sets. I may have to pick up a set to kit bash the newer trucks with my old Tyco sets! Thanks for coming out with this!!
The Mustang II was a disappointment to the muscle car crowd, but it was actually very true to the roots of the original Mustang. By 1975, with the 289 V-8 option, it had real advantages. I loved my '74 Mustang II, my first car, and it treated me very well. I wish the kit had the notchback rear option - aesthetically, the notchback was much nicer than the hatchback which was too similar to the Pinto.
Please do a GM Square Body long box in both ‘70s and ‘80s trucks. In 1/25, 1/64, and 1/87 scales. Please do ‘70s and ‘80s Dodge long box 4x4s as well as a Dodge Crew Cab. Full detail kits of the ‘88 to ‘98 GM trucks, with a 4x4 option. ‘46 to ‘68 Dodge Power Wagon. Also a full detail kit of the ‘94 to ‘02 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 as 2wd and 4wd with a standard cab and club cab with the long box, short box, and dually. Or have dually fenders as an option, for the long box. Please bring out the ‘83 to ‘86 Dodge Daytona.
I can hardly wait for the Lincoln lowriders! And still holding out hope for a 1/24 1974 Dodge Monaco in kit form. Or a reissue of the 73/74 Charger kit with the station wagon option.
Thanks for this month's kit announcements! Looking forward to the return of the Polyglass tires! Would love for Round 2 to consider doing the Squad 51 one ton truck from Emergency off of your Dodge pickup series! As you may know, Metv is currently running the series again so there would be a great tie in there! Also would like to see more variations of the Squarebody Chevys/Suburbans and an "all new" series of the 67-72 Chevy pickups/Suburbans! We could also use 68-69 and 71-73 full size Chevy cars! Looking forward to the next review!😊
OH MY GOODNESS YOU GUYS ARE ABSOLUTELY KILLING IT !!!! Thank you so much for constantly knocking it out of the park with reissues and new kits WOOOOOOW. Everyone keep yourselves and love ones safe and healthy and remember to SMILE 😊God Bless 🙏
Love to see both the Enterprise and Cerritos! Only gripe is that they both release at the same time. The cerritos would have been terrific a month earlier just in time for the new season. But terrific to have them!
It would be awesome if you could reissue the AMT Crew Chief Chevy Blazer. It would also be great if you could reissue the AMT Chevy Monza 2+2. A lot of people would love it if you could reissue those model kits.
Love all the kits being released. I buy up a lot of them for my collection. Love the new stuff coming out, but upset we can’t get new trucks. The 4x4 scene is extremely hot and with shows like sema going with custom builds it would be great to see some modern trucks. I think it would excite younger builders to get into the hobby.
I love what you guys are doing, great stuff. I am nearing retirement and starting to build up my collection of kits to work on so I am happy to see all the reissues of some of the killer classics, as well as some of the new stuff like the new Bronco, and the '97 Ford pickup, and all the big rigs and trailers. I would really love to see a reissue of the MPC '68 Chevy pickup if the tooling still exists, or new tooling of same kit or a small window '67 Chevy C10. I just bought the GMC Jimmy and can't wait to build that one👍🏿
Still waiting for " Coors" Reefer Trailer to go with the "Coors" Peterbilt 352 Pacemaker Cabover you Released sometime back..Would have loved to have seen that, instead of the Sprite Trailer. Thanks as always Chad.
Id love to see the AMT 64-66 Chrysler Imperial make a comeback for 1/25 model kits, especially the Hardtop version. Also would love to see the AMT 65 Oldsmobile Jetstar 88 or close varriant of that particular model make a comeback. Another would be AMT 77 Chevy Camaro with t tops option with pre cutouts under the roof, so the roof is still smooth for a normal roof, even the 74, 75, and 76 Chevy Camaro as well, MPC 72 Chevy Caprice, as well as 73, and 74 Chevy Caprice's too and for something for a new tooling would definitely be the 78-81 Chevy Malibu 2 door. I know HPI Guy has said in the past on a video of himself at Round 2 earlier this year that y'all at Round 2 really do read the comments. 😊 Anyways those are just some of the ones id love to see make a comeback and a new tooling. Thanks Adam
AMT did the 1965 Olds Dynamic 88. I think it was issued twice as an annual and then in an issue called the "Havana Banana". Both could be built stock or custom. The "Olds 88 Modified Stocker" shown in this video is what is all that is left of the original kit. It would be nice to see it restored, but I doubt they would ever do it.
The Mustang II and trucks really got my attention. The 65 Olds did so also, however, I do wish somebody would discover a way to bring it back in the original form. That and the 65 Mercury Park lane (if I remember the model name correctly) were some of my favorite models of the year. I also wish Round2 would consider doing a 54-56 Cadillac coupe.
Want to thank you for bringing out the 68 Coronet. Please consider doing a 1970 Dodge Dart 340. It has never been produced in kit form. I believe you could use the Demon chassis.
I've been wanting this kit forever. I'm building my own as we speak. The Demon chassis wouldn't work as the Dart has a longer wheelbase. I'm using the 68 Dart kit with a 70 Dart body to build 2 models. One will be a 340 Dart one will be a stock 318. One body is a resin the other is the rear engine Hemi Dart that I'm modifying to original.
I'm glad to see that Mustang II kit come back out with the option to build it stock. But will there ever be a notchback version of that car from you guys? I like the Fanta branding on the old Ford van, and the Peterbilt will go nicely with that Sprite trailer. The Blues Brothers car chase racing set reminds me of the old Matchbox "Race and Chase" racing set from my childhood.
Nice to see the big rigs are doing well. I was a kid in the '70s and recall the Smokey and the Bandit movies, the CB radio craze, even tv shows about truck drivers like Movin' On that swept the country. I think it helped convince some model manufacturers to enshrine some nice traditional trucks in 1/25th hard tools! Those rusty old trucks got crushed decades ago but are still available in a more convenient size thanks to Round 2.
I agree with Throttlepower....It's a great time to be a modeler. That 40' trailer with a walk-in door on the side is a great add-on. Love the Mustang too..Pro-Stock for me!!
Please tell me the Mustang II's taillights are CLEAR, not "clear red" so we can better replicate the II's big technical innovation (first American car with amber rear turn signals).
It was a blue box with a black I ROC Z WITH RED PIN STRIPES AND RED INTERIOR CAR WAS BEAUTIFUL THERE WAS A Z28 it was orange red that was the first kit with a Camaro nose on it with the holes in by the emblem that was before the 1987 I ROC Z COME OUT IT WAS 1/8 scale also
Be so cool to see the 80-86 f series in autoworld premium. With a regular cab, supercab, flair side, style side, long box, short box, flatbed, 4x4, 4x2,
Please bring back the 1/8 scale I ROC Z MODEL KIT IT WAS SUPER SWEET BACK IN THE DAY WAS A DREAM CAR I WOULD BUY THREE OR FOUR FIRST DAY THEY SAS ON THE MARKET
Another year gone, Another year of no vintage 1:25 model nhra pro-stock cars, no '70 Grumpys Toy Camaro, was wishing rumors of them to be released year after year would happen this year, very disappointing.
Too much great stuff for me to mention, but GREAT STUFF! Glad to see some excitement here. Many things I’ll be looking 👀 to purchase. Thanks Chad and Round2. Love the Blues Brothers race set! Great month. 👍🏻😎
Awesome lineup guys! Any chance at all of you reproducing the 1/20 scale vans from the 70s and 80s? The MPC Slammer Police Van or a custom Ambulance street machine would be awesome! Keep the good stuff coming. God Bless you for keeping AMT and MPC going strong!
Definitely nice to see big rigs
Glad the Polarlights brand is still alive...
That Gold Rush electric set is reminiscent of the old Tyco US1 trucking sets. I may have to pick up a set to kit bash the newer trucks with my old Tyco sets! Thanks for coming out with this!!
Thanks for the Mustang II kit!
I m going to buy 3 of them.
Can't wait for the Mustang II !!! So Cool!
Very simple kit like the 77 Pinto
The Mustang II was a disappointment to the muscle car crowd, but it was actually very true to the roots of the original Mustang. By 1975, with the 289 V-8 option, it had real advantages. I loved my '74 Mustang II, my first car, and it treated me very well.

Great line up for this month. Thanks guys
Very cool line up 🙂
It's a GREAT time to be a modeler!!!!!!👍👍
Please do a GM Square Body long box in both ‘70s and ‘80s trucks. In 1/25, 1/64, and 1/87 scales. Please do ‘70s and ‘80s Dodge long box 4x4s as well as a Dodge Crew Cab. Long box would be cool, I'd definitely buy a few of those.
Looking forward to the Peterbuilt release!
I can hardly wait for the Lincoln lowriders! And still holding out hope for a 1/24 1974 Dodge Monaco in kit form. Or a reissue of the 73/74 Charger kit with the station wagon option.
The Blues are strong with you!
We need the original 63pontiac tempest
Thank you.
You guys rock.

I am so all over that Olds AWB! Maybe the Unreal Edsel will be brought back!!
Love to see both the Enterprise and Cerritos! Only gripe is that they both release at the same time. The cerritos would have been terrific a month earlier just in time for the new season. But terrific to have them!
Release ? Where are you seeing them? Looked at auto world shop and nothing.
@ yeah, „going to be released“ would probably be more accurate.
A 1974 Dodge Monaco kit in 1/25 would be nice. It's been popular in every scale in die-cast. Styrene tailfinned kits would also be appreciated.
Looking good! Very cool that you are working hard on bringing out new model kits. Keep up the good work.
Thank you guys.
It would be awesome if you could reissue the AMT Crew Chief Chevy Blazer. It would also be great if you could reissue the AMT Chevy Monza 2+2. A lot of people would love it if you could reissue those model kits.
Very nice models on the way. This continues to be a great time to enjoy building models. Thanks for sharing.
Looking forward for that Cerittos build.

Nice stuff coming out!

Thanks for sharing can't wait till they come to the Hobby Shop

Still waiting for " Coors" Reefer Trailer to go with the "Coors" Peterbilt 352 Pacemaker Cabover you Released sometime back..Would have loved to have seen that, instead of the Sprite Trailer. Thanks as always Chad.
Holy-moley! That Certitos kit is a thing of beauty. I cannot wait!!!

@scottsinaz3000 that's the one I'm thinking of. The Dynamic 88. We can only hope 💯 thanks

I'm glad to see that Mustang II kit come back out with the option to build it stock. But will there ever be a notchback version of that car from you guys? Oh god, I gotta get the Autoworld Store edition of the Cerritos!! I love meta stuff like that! :D

Great releases Rd2 - still hoping/holding out for the GD reefer trailer release using your COORS licensing...
Nice slot car sets. 🎉🎉
Will there ever be any more HO scale minimetal trucks and stuff? I really love collecting them and really would like to see more offered please.
Come on Chad! Why can't they fix that Olds 88 and the Skylark and make craftsman kits?
