(Shorts) ATS traffic signal shows red arrows then disappears and changes to green arrow

Weird trick found on 6 aspect ATS (Aldridge) traffic signal/light which no one may have never took notice of. Uses Tyco Eclipse traffic controller supplied by Johnston Controls, it is unknown if any other lights with the same do the same thing or not as this is the only known one.

i've seen lights starting to do this everywhere and they are only Aldridge ones, not sure if it's a bug or an update on all traffic lights?

Yeah, these lights originally had QTC controllers IIRC. They’ve since upgraded them to Tyco Eclipse controllers but I do not know if these lights are just the ones affected or the Tyco branded ones, which aren’t around too much.
