- Leroy "Nicky" Barnes of Harlem was the king of dope in American from 1967 t0 1977 thanks to his Lucchese framily connection. Thanks to his own family connections, Cavario got in the game at age 13 and Louis Diaz, a guest on VladTv, went undercover to bring down the Nicky Barnes organization.

Both Barnes and Lucas's organisations were no match to Frank Matthew's operation. In comparison Matthew operation was on much larger scale.

new york used to be crazy haha, watching that old geraldo thing reminded me of that.. i saw shades of it in the early 90's you still had a lot of dilapidated buildings around the bronx and some in harlem too, graffiti everywhere, even on the trains, and also remember the stripped cars? There were dealers in time square, central park was not a place to go after dark.. Still, it was awesome.. way better than today..
Those were the days. 'Working girls' would walk up and down Time Square and you were able to spot a pimp from yards away.
