- MANILA, Philippines - Master Rapper Francis Magalona, 44, passed away Friday. Vic Sotto confirmed the news over GMA's noontime show "Eat Bulaga" and asked for a minute of prayer for the eternal repose of the singer-composer's soul.
A doctor at the hospital who requested anonymity told reporters that Magalona succumbed to multiple organ failure "secondary to severe sepsis and secondary to pneumonia."
Magalona's battle with the illness was made public last year.
Francis...your memories will always have a special place in my heart.
still gives me chills every time i hear his passing.

I know this is totally irrelevant to Francis M.'s death, but due to slow loading, while I was watching this, the video paused at 0:28. On the lower part, is the news about Michael Jackson's This is It, which just saddened me more. RIP Kiko and MJ, two great musicians. :(
