I think the first Sinigang they had was Sinigang sa Bayabas (Guava) that's why she didn't liked it. I don't like that kind of Sinigang too. I like just the regular Pork Sinigang.
Go for dining Ang mix with gabi for pork or beef and singing mix with miso for fish or shrimps they don't taste sour. Although some Filipinos like sour sinigang it is not good for people with acidity problem. I have not used guava or sampaloc mix as they can be too sour! Miso & gabi mix are the best!

Dara has a very sophisticated attitude towards traveling, food tasting and cultural emersion, you can see that by how she is as a travel guide. Her energy in doing travel shows is really same when she is performing. That's a very strong work ethic right there. She deserved a better partner in this travel show and not this girl who was more like someone Dara had to please and didn't make an effort to cooperate and contribute to making good television. Dara's partner lacked the openess that is required of a traveler. Seriously, Dara deserves more credit and respect. Check her Dara TV and the 2n1 tv when she traveled to other places, she's very open.
