Thank you On for your question. We would suggest first to relax your arm first as one rotates to contact. when pronating the forearm during contact, wrist should be firm but not tight. Definitely not loose or floppy. As we have seen you play before, I suggest being relax is definitely the key to your stage of improvement ☺️🙏🏻pls feel free to find us on court soon!

睇完上述視頻, 你話無人伸直手打波、用腕做支點又太短, 是否用手肘做支點? 轉動前臂時, 手腕是放鬆還是鎖緊? 因為放鬆手腕, 球拍和前臂同步
