Hi Kirsten, good question. I recommend doing this visualization as often as you need to until you KNOW your home is going to sell. Repetitive visualization will allow you to feel more peaceful which is essential for manifesting. Peace leads to confidence and when you are confident about manifesting something it's easier to KNOW it will manifest. Hope this helps!

@@coolchick490 I kept thinking positive mostly. The home was unoccupied and staged with furniture and some pictures. My agent did well but I always made sure the lawn was mowed regularly and light scent sprayed the house before people came. There is something to attraction, but also keep in mind the buyers senses. If you still live in the home your selling, make sure it's real clean and have something fresh baked like bread. Who doesnt like something baked when you walk in the house? And lastly ask yourself this? If I was a buyer, what would I like to see, feel, smell, touch, or hear? Hope this helps! Shalom

How long generally does it take to sell a house after you put it up in the market? im trying to sell my apartment and need to get a buyer like yesterday. a few to do's would help thanks
Hi Kipepeo. Your house will sell more quickly if you do the following: 1. Price it slightly below market value. 2. Ask the Universe to "shine favor" on your home. 3. Ask the Universe to bring the ONE right buyer to your apartment. 4. For a quick release from the burden of making the payment, consider lease to own option. How that works is, find someone who is interested in your condo and they move in and pay rent. Charge them an extra each month and that extra will go toward their downpayment. People take better care of places that they have a lease to own option. Hope this helps.
@@JadenSterling8888 yes this. Helps i will work with the universe it worked for me when I was trying to buy a car. I plan to downsize to a 2 bedroom and I have already identified one such house in the market.... It is on my vision board and I am sure I will get it.
I have one house in a particular city which i really don't like. Because , people there are not good. I don't want to live there. In future , I don't want to go there. I am happily living in another house which is in different state . I just want that previous house get sold out anyhow . what should I manifest for that ????
Try focusing on the highest and best outcome for all.
Clean it and renovate and get a fengshui expert. If its cheap it will sell

Dear Sir I don't see any logic in manifesting the thought of a buyer and his capacity to purchase my property for a price that I intend to sell.Truly it doesn't make any sense.
Dear Sir, Did you watch the followup video to this one? Keep deepening your learning of manifestation and at some point you might see the logic in this. I know you will sell your house quickly and the right buyer will present.
