I still can't handle Violet Mizutsune in Catching Up On Sunbreak Before MH Wilds

I want to farm for Embolden deco, but I suck at fighting Violet Mizutsune, so I take Support Survey quest 'Operation Violet Mizutsune' bringing along Minoto and Utsushi with me to fight him. Yet I still got overwhelmed take lots of damage.
