I love house tours beautiful home and family, I know I’m not the only person who be on Zillow late nights searching for homes in california like I have a 50 million dollar budget 😂😂😂😂😂
Your home is so beautiful! I love Monica’s minimalistic style! I’m watching with my hubby imaging how we’d decorate it too! 😂 Truly inspiring, thanks for sharing! ❤️
Hi Jason and Monica, I'm a Filipino nurse too, I'm a travel nurse but I think your videos convince me to move to california😂 I'm waiting for my Cali license, we are on our way to Cali this weekend to expidite the Fi gerprinting and prolly visit Sacramento area for living situation. Thank you again. For making me open my eyes about California,
new fan over here!!! Hi Monica & Jason 👋🏻 Love the house so much 😍 you guys inspire me to pick up more OT and respond to the adhocs 😂 Monica is so Filipino with her “tabo” wahahaha. Going to watch more of y’all vids, laters ✌🏻
Haha, you're too funny. Thanks so much for the comment. Monica may be Americanized, but when it comes to Filipino food and her tabo, she don't need around. Lol
Your house is simply stunning Jason and Monica✨. And if you say you make $350k per year, is that both your salaries combined or that's just the salary of one of you? Again, do you earn this as travel nurses or regular RNs with BSN? Feel free to ignore these if you're uncomfortable answering them okay.😉😘
That year Monica made $190k and I made $160k. Monica is on track to make over $200k this year. I'm an ED nurse, she's a Tele nurse. We are not travel nurses.
@@NursesToRiches if this is not too offensive to ask you, I just wanted more info about the salary and cost of living in California. Is that salary an annual net pay or gross pay from your regular job? And is this is also just a regular 36hr/ wk or with OT? And about the house costs in Cali, what is the cheapest house price there now that you think a starter will be able to afford. We dont have children yet. Again, it is ok if you dont feel like answering this. Thanks Jason and Monica.
Now I love white because of you guys! You have a very beautiful home. So happy to learn from your example that we can certainly achieve the best as nurses.

Lmao @tele thanks! I wish I had the will to go on several-week runs like everyone else in the department but I don't like being there to begin with, lol.
Combined. But that's only because we don't like to overwork ourselves. This year I only worked 20 hours per week, while Monica worked under 36 hours per week.
@@fallback8314 I do believe😂😂 I'm a travel nurse I already make 208k this year took off two months, yes we Dnt get to bri g home all the money, same like all the jobs as we pay taxes lol. You are living in America so yes pay your tax but if you have business then that's a different story😄
@@lilymcco8531 there's NO WAY the market can sustain nurses making that kind of money. then why would anyone want to be a doctor or dentist??? why would anyone go to med school??? 208k in a worst care scenario is like 9k a month net. yea right LOL

If you don't mind me asking what type of architecture is this type of house? Like the design, such as you have brown stone homes, mcmansion style, tudor, etc.
We were gonna do this this past July 4th but we couldn't we didn't wanna cheap out on the supplies we would need so we just scratched it off our list until a year or so from now
Hi! Your home looks amazing! I like how it looks so bright! I wanted to ask since you mentioned in your previous videos that you and Monica rented in Roseville before buying a house in Sacramento. What was the deciding factor to buy a home in Sacramento vs Roseville? If that's okay to ask. :)
Hi, Thanks for the comment. The main reason why we bought in Sacramento is because it was the closest city to where we could at least not feel so homesick after moving from NYC. Although, we still miss living NYC way too much.
Yeah... a million dollar house is just an average house in Sacramento, CA. There's nothing a "whooo aaah" to see. Mine's a $650k: 2k sqft, 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 garage, and a 9k sqft on the land. It's nothing. If you buy something like Las Vegas (NV) or Texas, or Minnesota, etc., a MILLION home would be very very beautiful (i.e., 6 to 10 bedrooms, 4 to 6 bath, 2 to 4 family rooms, basement, and 10 to 50 acres. So .. 🤭
True but everyone's moving to those states too and driving up the prices there. Soon enough the homes there are going to be just as expensive as the homes out here.
@@NursesToRiches That's still really good! My mom's family is from Sac so I've always had a special place for it in my heart. It's a big small city, and you're close to so many outdoorsy things, yet still have access to the Bay Area, too.
Thank you! We don't have a backyard but we do watching people walk by our street from up there. And the fireworks also look amazing on July 4th and New Year's.
@@NursesToRiches We just recently bought a home too, has three stories and can’t quite see the fireworks because our city has a restriction, much smaller to yours and it has no roof access. I’d love to have a roof like yours, but we do have a bunch of solar panels. Is your roof hard to maintain?
just from watching nanelle's interview😎✅ inspired definitely
