You help me alot. I have a 2008 lexus. 460 and I couldn't get inside for nothing. Recently changed the batteries in the key fob and still nothing. I thought how hard could it be. GM Ford oh Lexus. Super fancy Toyota, no problem. Crap! I had no idea they were doing this mama. My wife helped by laughing and changing the batteries in the remote. That's how you do it.and by it im not referring to opening a battery betrayed lex which I'm which I'm totally fraken stoked about since I locked the doors on my Outlaw Mommas ( divorced from her daughter} 350 then removed the battery and shut the hood good. Followed promptly by a Homer doe?... Side track but back.. the it im referring to is how you deliver a Boss Utube tutorial straight to the heart of the issue yet complete... The key would not open the door meaning I did the same exact thing but when I put the key n try to turn, it would not turn. I think the key is only going half way into key slot

No, you just have to follow the steps in reverse if not it may fall off.
