Hey Quasts, keep doing what your doing. You guys are basically documenting this sport. I've always like racing, but never thought much about derbies. I just kinda found my way to your videos through watching car videos. It's cool you guys are from MN.
Have you ever started a pre 70s tractor as in a road tractor the push button switch is the way to go as far as activating the starter and can be easily placed on the shifter lever don't get me wrong I'm not pinpointing anyone in general but I see so many guys reaching up to connect the wires to restart the car and there's such a better option and at very little expense it's as easy as a thumb movement and more importantly you don't get distracted from who's about to hit you just my opinion thank you take it with a grain of salt
This was a 1998-2002 Crown Vic. He ran it in the 80s Mod class first and had issues. So he ran in the 80s leaf class too with a ton of fresh vics that had leaf springs in the back.

LuxeXx thanks man. That means a lot to us. Glad you enjoy them.
I figure you guys are building these cars on your own, and I know that takes a lot of time, money and passion.
Love this....these boys show what family and derby is all about! Wanna run with them one time! Don’t get any better

Hey Robert. I understand what you are saying, we ran it that way for a long time. Had too many switches and buttons fail on us over the years.
@@brandynquast6991 yup switches fail, wires could never
where'd you get your shifter from?
it looks like a big rock shifter to me
xboxplayer20091 looks tall for a big rock shifter, just might be the angle of the camera
What kind of cars do u guys run
