The truth is to become a mass leader, you need opportunities. Congress party kept on focusing to build Rahul Gandhi a mass leader. Can you think of even one mass leader in Congress? Shashi Tharoor did not become congress president and is not PM candidate because he has the talent to become a mass leader and undermine the family.
