I really don't think that she will hate him forever. Elizabeth has gone through a lot and you clearly showed us how hard the road has been but also, that Red has been there for her ALWAYS. I just want to tell you that I LOVE your videos, your job, your talent and that you get to be in this incredible fandom about this amazing show.

He came awfully close, their eyes burn in each other, he gave her the gun i a proposal way, when comes to Lizzie, she’s the priority, he commanded her and told what to do from the start and definitely not in fathery way. They had so many moments alone and near others. Idk bout y’all but they’re so close, it’s almost like they too in love that they mix it with hate and violence. And imagine if they do see each other as father/daughter, now normally someone can have that bond with they’re father but as someone who never her father, I can never imagine myself being so close with the man, the only way that’s possible is if they’re comfortable and known each other for a long time, and that does not include red watching her, bcause as long as we are concerned red have been stalking Elizabeth, lol. And yes a daughter is important but red made it his life’s mission to devote himself to her, give up anything for her and remember red knows that Liz is not her daughter yet it’s like she’s a lot more than just a daughter to her. And Liz’s love for red is most definitely not like a daughter, I believe she does love him ever since season 3. But in all fairness red give Lizzie a lot of trust issues, like Tom was red’s plan and yes the plan changed when Tom betrayed him. And all the “not truths” red told Liz, all that sh*t ruin Liz is mentality, so red is great deal in Liz’s character development rn. But it’s still sad because as smart as red is, he was pretty dumb at the same time. When dambe asked him, if ruin Lizzie was his plan and red answer was he had no idea. Lizzie is love is driven with anger and sadness but they both still love each other deeply.. when I first saw I felt weird because supposedly they had father/daughter bond and my first thought was because I have “daddy issue” but I realized that I don’t. Anyone who would like to believe they have father/daughter bond, maybe you have issues bcaus a connection like that with your father is a little too deep. That’s all and I am sure they love each other with all they have.

Damn, I was sorry for the part in Liz knows Reddington is going to kill her mother, and as much as she doesn't want Reddington to take more people out of her life (Sam, Kaplan, Tom), she can't.
I must say that the writers made a good story, because they focused so much on Liz / Reddington that now the chapters feel empty.
Oh ... and great job. I enjoyed it.
Liz is one really poorly written also the actress is not that great she haven't changed a bit for 7 years she always does the same shit .. blacklist died season 6 or 7 sadly they just milk it for money no one cares about the story anymore.

I would say that you lost interest in season 7 and I agree with you that it was a dense season. I liked criminals, but the backstory was slow. So much so that when the Coronavirus arrived and they issued the last chapter (19) you were left with a bitter taste in your mouth. Episode 10 was good but not at the level of the halves of past seasons. And in the second part, the big villain took a little while to appear and was mainly based on criminals or Red. It was only in chapter 18 that Katarina appeared when she kidnapped Dembe and instead of doing an adrenaline rush they did the opposite. Although the idea of using prisoners as mercenaries helped make it a good chapter. In chapter 19 they didn't show anything unexpected, although the ending felt like a season finale, but if we compare it to the other six, this ending is saved only by Liz's speech. But like I said before, nothing new. However, I appreciated the animation. And like I mentioned earlier, I like this season, it feels dark and moves fast. Since I'm someone who keeps giving Liz a chance (I remember how relentless she was in season 5), I can't wait for her to come back because honestly the chapters are good, but like I said, empty.
Regarding her development as a character, it is complex.
Although when she allied with Katarina, I just thought: how will Reddignton deal with this alliance. And contrary to what many people think, Liz's actions have their logic. In the chapter 7x10, Liz learns that she is responsible for the Towsend directive being reactivated and that she was the reason Dom killed Katarina. And I suppose she is the type: after so long away from my mother, I will forgive her because she is my MOTHER (it is very common), especially if she abandoned me to protect me. Now, was her decision correct? I usually woud say no, but now ... Reddignton is proving to be involved in a project. What is it about? Not the slightest idea, but if he is a partner of someone who is going to kill the director of the FBI and who has a spy in the government, he is not clean wheat. Also 08x02 revealed to us that Reddignton knew Katarina was not N-13, but still let them pursue her. It is complicated, but at least I will continue to see how this season evolves

Good edit, Bravo! Personally I get frustrated by Liz' attitude over Red. I know is not a saint or perfect or doesn't makes mistakes....but Liz aaah ! She demands everything, so absurdly that she wants to overlook everything, including people's lives and obviously Red's life itself. The lies that Liz told, pretending that in her case they didn't count as lies, but were right and necessary, unbearable. The suffering that Liz feels is obvious, but dear god instead of learning to understand and manage internal turbulence, she has only learned to feed her hatred and anger, which has led her to self-destruction. That's not all I have to say about this beautiful and emotional story, but I'll stop there. Again, very beautiful edit.

Elizabeth Keen is an awful character
Poor song choice. What Red hid, he hid to protect Elizabeth. She thought his hiding ANYthing from her was wrong because her emotions blinded her. She acted rash and immature. Chasing his secret(s) was her worst mistake. Imagine EVERY Blacklister coming after her. THAT is what Red was trying to protect her from. Even being in his vicinity STILL put a target on her back. She was in danger MULTIPLE times and she ultimately paid for the secret with her life at the end of Season 8 at the behest of Reddington’s LAWYER. She just couldn’t leave it alone. Setting that aside, the song is very romantically-themed. There were no romantic feelings between Elizabeth and Red. Either he’s a father figure to her, her actual father, or her mother (if you believe the Redarina theory). He was her protector and she decided that her need to know EVERYTHING about him was more important than his protection. More important than her life. More important than Agnes growing up without a mother.
