Eastside is wayyyy underrated. Yes, there are more restaurants per capita on other sides of town. But, they are almost all generic franchises. Nice to see an influencer give the Eastside some much needed attention!
Hats off for showing authentic restaurants and food trucks. Unlikely anyone not from the area would know about these places without your video.

the food from that truck is on POINT!! I use to rent a house off charleston/sloan and when I took my evening walks, I would sometimes stop at that truck.

If Tacos al Carbon is anything like La Taqueria on Mission Street in San Francisco, then this place must definitely be good. I used to frequent La Taqueria in SF with my dad as a kid at least twice a month. It was definitely memorable. The seasoning on the carne asada was so delicious.
I'm from across the Bay, and agree that La Taqueria holds wonderful memories for those who had meals there. No other place like it as far as i am concerned. Soon as you walked through their doors you felt at home.

I live in Utah and i feel like Vegas is my second home. We go at least twice a year every year. And i love going to Broadacres the machetes tastes so delicious.

The tacos El Gordo has that interesting dynamic with the with the separate line for the Adobada which would be way longer than the regular line everyone wants the shaved meat

It is my hope that these wonderful places you have revealed to us will continue to thrive and grow in their communities because food such as this is what makes a strong community. I will be visiting LV very soon, and will definitely dine at the places you have highlighted here. One thing I have learned from past experiences in many places in LV is the fact that oftentimes the best food is found off the strip.

Thank you for showing us all the mexican restaurants ,wen me & my husband stay on the strip for a long trip we start missing home cooked meals .dont get me wrong Vega & Fremont Street has some delicious food & sweets & we cant wait to go to your swapmeet dang it looks better than ours here in So Cal .

Planning a day trip to show my sheltered, small town Canadian kids off the strip. Heading to Valley of Fire, but would like to go through East Las Vegas on the way… instead of the intestate.

Another banger! 2 months down, 10 go go. You got this! I used to hang my hat in Scummerlin, so never saw too much of the east side. I'm rough enough that I'm sure I can make it work the next time I'm in town.
East side Vegas will always be home, also my freshman year of high school at El Dorado in 2004 and first year in the United States. Best food on the planet thank you for showing them love 🙏🏽

They could turn this food area into a tourist trap just like China Town is. All the foodies world wide could flow in here. As someone who grew up in the southwest USA, I do love the mom and pop places for Mexican/South of the Border fare. Even if it's a good Tex Mex.
