- This video shows off Kronos Island Re-imagined, a mod that merges Kronos, Rhea, and Ouranos back into one Island, along with unique additions in Sonic Frontiers PC Steam.
There is a few differences with the "True Kronos" mod that I showed you a while ago, (story changes, puzzles, emerald locations etc...) so i thought it would be interesting to present this mod too.

Imagine if ST does this for Final Horizon and the two return trips actually acknowledge that it's just one huge island

If they do they are smart they did this because of the critics stating too much grass on Kronos so what!!! Ares has a lot of sand and chaos has a lot of volcanic rocks and lava the critics know nothing

I like the idea of progressively unlocking different parts of the island. Apparently this was how it was supposed to be during development, but Sonic Team said that they thought players would find it boring so they split it up (also due to time constraints, they couldn't make two new original islands for the final act of the game).
It's amazing how we all want Kronos to be one island again cause we could see an intresting new island
Minor correction: the split was done specifically due to feedback received during playtesting. Kishimoto stated this on Twitter a while ago. We don't know much else about how the map worked, outside of what was described in leaks.
It should be noted that feedback was received when the game was in a much different state and had less platforming focus. Leaks described it as empty and "nothing to do".

Please god hope this is the true Kronos for update 3, it would make sense 3 islands, 3 friends to save, 3 titans I mean if we face the final titan might as well be in space

there's something so simplistically fun about running around in frontiers that even just watching this makes me wanna go back and play it more
I glad Sonic Frontiers mods still work. Over 70% of Sonic 3 AIR's mods are either private, deleted, or banned.

Those voice lines are in the games file. I just haven't found them all yet

@@antonycaua235 if you have restrict movement during monologue on then they can be heard/triggered in some areas. if you have restrict movement during monologue off then the voice lines activate at random but you can still move around. i found this one voice line in ouranos

9:04 Man, The game would be a thousand times better if it had some places like this to explore the map more. I don't know why the developers didn't do this sooner... 🤦🏻♂️

But if in update 3 kronos will have it original design the other isladns will be smaller and sega would have to do make them bigger so sega have to giving them changes to look like their concept art(but chaos not having the titan construction place)
A cool mod idea is to restore all the particle effects and the blue line thing( idk what it’s called in the game) and make giganto more cinematic as it was in the beta footage
