Very simple to do a single cutter. And there are how many? Looks to be an all day job to me. But about the same for a cutter head with bar cutters. Actually, it took about two hours once I had a 5 Nm torque screw driver from KC Tools. It is much easier than straight knife cutter heads because you do not have to adjust the edge to the right height. There are 48 inserts in the A3 31 cutter head.

Where did you get that screwdriver
I got it from KC Tools which specializes in German tools. Although Felder offers a similar screwdriver the one from KC was about $35 cheaper.
