I've read her book but I must've missed this. I didn't realise she tried to launch a music career so early on. She is a great dancer, 'ok' singer, with a real push she could've been big. I love mayte and still do, I love her for her strength specially since she went through a lot at a young age. I wish everything would’ve worked out between her and prince because he really was affectionate towards her in public, I mean we never saw him do that much after they divorced. And all the secrecy and gaslighting she and prince tried to do to cover up what was really going on between them always put a bad taste in my mouth. He groomed her to be like him and trained her to play games with the publics eye.
