This is a great family environment. I have been going there with my family for almost 20 years now and will be taking my daughter here in another year or two. There are rides for the whole family and everyone loves the Reindeer. If you go you wont regret it.
I used to love coming here as a kid in the 1990s! My sister and I would spend all day running back and forth between this ride and the ride we called "the reindeer roller coaster". The log flume used to have a little poem written out on signs along the track (I can't remember if it was spread out across the whole ride or only on the hill), but now it looks like just the last sign is still up, unless I missed the others in the video. It at least used to read "safety first, of course you know / watch your finger and your toe / keep straps inside, 'cause here we go / hang on to your hat, look out below!"
i have never been on this ride but i have been on Rudolphs rapid transit rollarcoaster!!!!!!!!!!!! so much much with my dad he always pushes me to scare me like im gonna fall off lol i love my dad
Liberty Ellis I also have many good memories of riding rides with my father growing up. I'm glad you have those memories to look back on. thanks for watching
Santa's Village is not a Chain or Owned by a chain, It is family owned and operated. There are multiple Santa themed parks around the US and beyond but they are in no way connected except for theme. Story Land in Nearly Glen is owned by a corporation it belongs to the same company that owns Water Country in Portsmouth, NH and Lake Compounce is Bristol, CT. The park that closed and is reopening, you must be talking about Santa's Land In Putney VT. I will try and get out there this winter.
@TheHaxman999 You might be thinking of the Santa's Village in Illinois. That park was closed and is not reopened as a new attraction (a park /petting zoo)
Canobie has a very good log flume. Both Canobie's Poolocy Pond Saw Mill Log flume ride and Santa's Village's yule Log flume are build by Local O.D. Hopkins. I also feel Canobie has the better Flue but Santa's Added a solid log flume which is one of the best in the North east.
mrceagle I went there a few weeks ago and I loved it although I’ve already been 2 other times but you can go there as many times as you want and it never gets old
The scenery in NH really adds to the ride. So beautiful!!!!
I love how it takes you "deep" into the woods.
