@@JARAMOGI-v9zconsumption is not too bad average about 25 mpg local and 45 on motoway when you want it to be efficient it can be but when you want to have some fun it does drink
I've had this car for about 9 months now (pre-lci), mostly stock, no exhaust or coil overs or anything and I am more in love now than when I first got it. If you're seatbelt robot arm worked, you would be grateful for it, mine works about 95% of the time, usually misses if there is something in the rear foot well, I think I saw someone iron/straighten the seat belt which helped the arm hold on to it. Great looking and sounding car though mate, keep the vids coming ! 👍
We’re going to be comparing it back to back with the E46 soon so stay tuned for that. They’re still a bit more affordable but it’s very hard to find an E46 330 in manual. 335 is def the way to go to make big power by upping the boost.
Really curious if this has the N52B30 or the N53B30. I believe you can e-mail BMW the VIN and ask for the full options list for insurance purposes. That list will also give the motor details etc. 280hp sounds nice. 280hp on a dynosheet would be even better. Plans on getting it tested? Would make good content. Cheers!
N52 3.0 was not available in coupe body E92 in the UK. N53 was the only choice for the coupe E92 in 3.0L displacement. If you wanted N52 E92 then you had to go for 2.5 325i . The N52 was available in both 3.0 and 2.5L in sedans though. . In America on the other hand , you could get a coupe with N52 2.5 & 3.0L . They did 325i, 328i and 330i and never got the N53 due to carbon built up issues (direct injection).
I've had mine for nearly 6 years now, keep thinking I should upgrade to an M but then I drive it and I'm back in love with it. Great car 👍👍👍
Josh sold his a while ago but owning several 46’s and an M3 I’d say def get an E46 M3
How is its consumption

I'll try to get Josh to confirm which block he has. No dyno testing yet but would be interesting for sure!
This engine is the n53, you can tell by the engine cover. N52 has a bulge on the left hand side where the valvetronic motor is, n53 is straight.
