Hogwarts Mystery has an energy system, no proper gameplay and a mediocre story. You can only play for a few minutes before you have to wait an eternity until you can do something again. And that's not a good system. Look at other UA-cam reviews, they share my opinion

Unless you actually cheated, you can get your game back by contacting support and ask them to review your case.
