The evolution of knowledge when it comes to each passing generation is why mental health has become more & more prevelant, & especially in recent years.
Mental health honestly should become apart of the education process, just like physical health has.
I'm 73 and my Dad did not like to tell you twice to do something. It was best to do it when he said do it.

I think it’s fabulous that mental health is openly discussed now and not a taboo subject or whispered about. I think must of us struggle with anxiety and depression to various degrees. It’s great knowing you’re not alone in that and learning how to manage it. Most of us have also trauma in our lives and we don’t realize just how much it affects us. Kudos for talking about it ❤
I believe there have been many instances of recorded noted people from the 'early times' that suffered from depression. They called it 'dark days' or some such!

Ain't nobody listening to me, my biggest critic is married to me.
People read the Bible back in the 18..19 hundreds, too many distractions today. I was a complete nut case until I started reading it, start with Mathew, Mark, Luke, and John in the New Testament, you will begin the greatest adventure in your life.

I had someone that wanted to kill me,for 4 years and was tracking me , because I did some volunteer work at a hospital with a club,
oh that person was never any part of this club. was never employed at this hospital!
he spent 2 years in therapy and 6 month in jail . now this person is now restored .
so we do need Mental health.
but when art and music education goes away . Mental illness goes up .and anger goes up .
we are not taught how to create things!.
just how to destroy. things!
