Hi Amy, we have now got complete access to Loop but I can't add it as an app to Teams to the sidebar (tip 1). Loop does not seem exist when I search for it. Am I missing something?
I am using MS Outlook and whenever I try to add a loop component from one of my loop pages, it just adds it as a hyperlink instead of an actual editable component. What am i doing wrong?
Hello! This is a good question! I've just played around with this and when you create the recurring meeting and add the collaborative notes, then those become the 'template' notes for that meeting. But when you update these in the meeting, they only update that event. Then when you are in Loop, when you select the notes in Meeting Notes then it takes you to the Meeting Series so that you can easily reference the other meeting notes. I hope that this helps, as you can see I got a little carried away 🤓
Hi Amy! In chapter 4 regarding the notifications. Are they synchonized with Teams? Or do I need to check both apps in parallel about new notifications?
Loop notifications are managed directly in the Loop app, the exception is Task List items as those are related to Planner Notifications which can be managed in Teams.
If you are using Copilot directly in Loop then it currently only works on the page that you are in. Going across workspaces would mean sharing information for different permissions so likely not something that we would see directly in Loop in the future. I would try directly from the Copilot app, ensure that you are toggled to work and then specify that you want it to pull information from Loop.
How can Mike not get an email when every task is assigned (as at 13:35), and rather just receive the notifications in Teams? (One of the points for all this is to cut down on gratuitous emails.)
Those email notifications also have a 'notifications settings' link at the bottom where you can manage the settings. I've done another video on this here ua-cam.com/video/aWfTcy6ZCLM/v-deo.html
🧡 My TOP tip is # 8, I'd love to know which one is yours in the comments below 🧡

Great video!
Thank you!
Do you know if the meeting notes work in recurring meetings yet when you need notes for each time you meet?

Also, can Copilot summarize content from different workspaces? I get error notifications after several trys.
