What gets me is yes he gets to train where the vast majority of us cant and allot of you still put him on a pedestal. Then he curses and carries with all this unnecessary attitude. I normally train by myself and I am about 110% sure I am training harder then he does. You can go to failure just use catch racks or a smith machine. This guy is so full of shit. There are people out their that have much less attitude that are allot bigger then this fool. I am not a big fan of some of these ridiculous east coast bodybuilders. Allot of bullshit and hot air. I am curious what he would do if he couldn't workout like most of us. He would probably sit around cry and bitch like a little girl who lost her dolly. This video is so unrealistic. Please do a video about someone who has been forced to stay at home due to their state governments restrictions. This asshole make me puke.
I'm 14 and tracking my calories. I'm trying to gain more weight, since I got chicken legs and skinny arms. I calculated online that I would need about 2800 calories to gain weight, considering the calories that I burn with training (I play soccer) I dont know, but it seems like a lot of calories. Would this calculation make sense?
I would say you're gonna need to consume more than that... I used to play soccer and was super skinny... Soccer burns a lot of calories due to the amount of cardio.
When you are gaining weight and size you need to eat lots, i started bodybuilding at 12 and i was very restrictive with my food and i was skinny as shit when i became less restrictive and ate more i grew very quickly
Fast reps increase one's strength... Guy always lifts heavy, thats probably why his lifting fast.. slow and controlled reps are better for stimulating growth though
Ive always noticed allot of Italians and East coasters are always standing to close to each other and touching each other. I dont think its possible for them to ever social distance. Out here in the midwest its a norm. No wonder we have less of the virus.
Guy you should work on your strength with all the supplements you are taking incline bench of only 120kgs???..i once saw a guy purely natural well built doing 140 kgs incline × 4 reps clean without a spotter.
People can’t handle my guy’s intensity. He’s not there to play grab ass and mess around. If you’re not about that style of fitness then respect it and go mess around in another area of the gym.

Don't start 2800 calories straight increase by 500 calories additional per week your body can't adpot that increase it by week mate.
Just eat everything you can mate! Don’t be restrictive with counting calories etc have fun for the next 3-4 years!
