    I once was told by a hairdresser that cutting your hair is so important, because your hair is going to think it is "injured" and therefore growing more intensely in order to make up for that.
    That was probaby the biggest bullsh*t I´ve ever heard. Rule number one when growing your hair: Don´t trust 'em hairdressers :P :D

    • @lucydickinson5947
      @lucydickinson5947 8 років тому +1

      cutting your hair often will help it grow because it grows faster when healthy and if you dont cut it , i may not be healthy

    • @PS-fk5zv
      @PS-fk5zv 8 років тому +5

      +Lucy Dickinson no man, hair grows from scalp, have a healthy scalp and your hair will grow. only cut your hair when split ends are extremely bad.

    • @lacresiafalls
      @lacresiafalls 8 років тому +2

      the only thing trimming does is take off the split ends so your hair breaks off less, making it seem to grow faster. It still grows the same speed. 😜

    • @sarahnfur
      @sarahnfur 8 років тому

      +Lacresia Falls yes!! Your hair isn't breaking off anymore that's why it seems faster, but same shit. Some girls won't get a hair cut and wonder why their hair doesn't grow... It just breaks off.

    I love using coconut oil and coconut milk. Coconut oil as a once in a while treatment (needs to wash a few times with shampoo and warmer water). Instead of ponytails or leaving my hair down while I'm sleeping, do a french braid.
    Also good luck on your midterms! I have a few this week :/

    Your colour as in your natural colour looks soo like mine do find it lifts to blonde easily but gets brassy kinda easy too?Almond oil , then castor oil and then coconut oil so one of either oil twice a week if needed n only wash twice a week too

    I am pregnant. I am 21 weeks now and notice. It grows so much faster I started with damaged permed hair 17 months ago and when i found out i was pregnant i cut my perm out only leaving short hair 6 inches. And shoulderlength. Now it is 3 inches longer 4 months later. And it is now almost shoulderblade length many around Christmas. And i use oils and masks to keep me hair healthy as possible during pregnancy.

    Now, I cut my hair till a bit up my shoulders in the beginning of summer vacation. Since then I didn't cut it, and my hair looks amazing it's at the beginning part of my boob now. That only took me 4 months. I didn't use heat but I didn't really eat healthy. I think if I start eating healthy and drinking more water will make it grow even faster. I'm going for my belly button!

      I wouldn't mix the egg and coconut oil, you need to use hot water to melt the coconut oil when its I. The hair so it can come out better. But with eggs you need to uses cold water so it doesn't scramble in your hair haha trust me I've tried!

    • @sivvaldimarsdottir5873
      @sivvaldimarsdottir5873 9 років тому

      Abbi Lin You can always leave it some place warm and it will melt slowly by itself without getting hot enough to cook the eggs. Coconut oil is actually a better option for some people with oily hair because it's not as heavy as olive oil.
