I love how the last point resonates with the last point against seijoh. That time, Hinata and Kageyama were the ones who said the exact same words and were shut down by seijoh. It's like a complete circle that Kageyama and Hinata shut down the same ball by Atsumu and Otsumu. They were the ones who knew the weakness of this quick back attack the best and what was painful in the start of this anime paid off for this win.
Sadly, a detail that most people miss. It's also usually missed on the last point of the their rematch too.

Like Atsumu says, they turned that experience into muscle and that lead them to Win. They dont need the Memories (being HELD back by the Past) but Hinata and Kageyama have the knowledge of losing because of speed in their bodies and souls.
@thedarkemissary well in their rematch it was kinda obvious and I don't think most people would point our that they recognize it, but this one since its would have been a long time is the one that's missed
I think its atsumu and *osamu*
I just love the detail of the ball in Kita's eyes that means he could have got it if he was on the court but sadly he wasn't
Second to last episodes of Haikyuu seasons never disappoint ❤ The Same Studio/Staff (Director/Composer/character designer etc.) made another incredible sports Anime, after the 3rd Season of Haikyuu called "Run with the Wind" Just like Haikyuu it has an incredibly large and rich cast of characters and is just as inspirational/gripping as Haikyuu, while being it's own thing and completes everything it sets out to do in 23 Eps. Hope you'll consider it for a future reaction series and thank you for the wonderful Haikyuu reactions :)

the trust, the growth, the development... this series is just a masterpiece.
tsukki's comment at the end with "speed is a very, very strong weapon, but it's not invincible. they knew that a little bit more than everyone else" is so so powerful. a callback to the end of season 1 when hinata and kageyama ran their quick (and kageyama made the same comments of "this position, this timing, this angle... it's perfect") and were blocked, and karasuno lost the match. they knew what the twins were feeling in that match point, and they blocked their same attack. JEEEEEEEZ i will never stop raving about this showww
also, can't believe i almost forgot kageyama's setter dump at 7:34 😭 world STOPPPP
God damn I wish I could find an anime as feelgood, hype and great as Haikyuu.

As hype as Haikyuu, there is Blue Lock this season that is almost there, but for the emotional part Haikyuu is the best I've known. But Blue Lock is another kind of hype, and another kind of sport anime compared to Haikyuu...

Hinata realizing the high tempo of Karasuno and slow them down like that 🥲
The final rally in this match is my favorite sequence so far. Not only did it show Hinata's growth as a volleyball player (Take it easy), but also the Hinata-Kageyama block of their own minus tempo back was freaking great.
As for Karasuno's next opponents, it was already shown several times that it would be Nekoma. The first time was when they were showing the tournament bracket with Karasuno and Nekoma colliding if Karasuno beat Inarizaki. The second time was when Kuro said something like "We've done our part. Now it's up to you."
Tsukki is the only one in karasuno who witnessed Hinata's ball boy arc. That high first touch to take it easy was so damn precious. S4 EP22 & 24 reminded us that Hinata is the main character. 💯
Thats why Tsukki trusted that he would be there to receive that spike. Amazing details to storytelling.
I loved the whole episode but tsukki was just crazy. Of course hinata and kageyama did what they did but tsukki’s character devolped so well. From a character that only thought of the team as a “club” to a character diving for the ball even though he was exhausted. Actually got me emotional.
Its a such a shame we won't get any more seasons how the fuck will they cover hundreds of chapters in 2 movies

I watched Haikyuu last year before this announcement, and I was drooling over the incoming announcement of season 5. Unfortunately, it never came...

miya twins were the most balanced and perfect team in haikyuu they were top 2 or 3 for a reason xd that made this battle so epic 🥶

I think the first 3 season's animation is just as amazing as s4's.

And while I really liked this season I still hate it that they put the last matches in 2 movies. I still have no idea how they are going to manage that because that one match alone would deserve a movie on it's own.
