If I have to pick one, it's when Mary revealed that she started an organization the writes letter to get the Simpsons taken off the air. She says "And it's gonna happen any day now." It gets even funnier when adult Sheldon narrates that the only Simpsons that she liked was O.J.
Connie singing patriotic songs while waving American flags in the air, as if she's warding off evil spirits, was the definite highlight of that episode. Annie Potts is a true treasure! 😂🤣
Mary chasing Sheldon around the garage while he's wearing an astronaut costume made me laugh nonstop the first time I saw the episode. It must have been a riot for the actors to film. 😁
I think Sheldon’s rivalry with Paige has a few funny moments like in her introduction episode & when he tries to annoy her at church summer camp. Thanks, anyway, for this list, MsMojo.
Mary finding out about George bailing Connie out of jail cuz of her DUI is my favorite 😂 “With God as my witness, I’ve never been to the race track in my life” “She knows” “Oh, I’ve been there a bunch” 😂
Sheldon's first day of high school where he talks to Ms McAlroy in homeroom, saying, "...this girl's blouse is diaphanous, which means I can see her brassiere," gets me every time. Young Iain Armitage is adorable and an absolute treasure! I also loved the episode where Sheldon and Missy were home alone and Mary gives the two of them clear instructions. I cracked up when she said, "For fires only and don't go startin' one just for an excuse to use it." The entire Flu Season episode of Season 1 had me dead laughing. I also loved the moment from "A Mother, A Child and a Blue Man's Backside" where Mary looks at Sheldon's comic book and then yells at the store owner, "I'll be back here with my husband, he is way scarier than me," and the owner replies, "I doubt it." Also, the morning where Sheldon calls Mary by her first name when she says she's done "mommying him". I also love the moment in Season 4 where Missy says, "That poor Son of a Mitch" and Mary shouts, "Melissa Cooper!" Among other examples.
Any scene with Missy, Meemaw or George Sr. & Jr 😂❤️👏🏻 They’re definitely what has kept me loving this show over the years. Love Sheldon & Mary Cooper in TBBT but forgive me for not really loving them in prequel. Also can’t stand Meemaw in TBBT. Neither the actress who played her or her portrayal holds a candle to Annie Potts and her version.
Over the years, Phoebe has become increasingly impressive to me and is emerging as my preferred narrator for the Watch Mojo brand. Her contributions are truly exceptional.
For me, in no particular order: -The first family dinner. "Jane Goodall had to go to Africa to study chimps. I just had to go to dinner." Also Missy wishing she was adopted and her mom saying "That can still be arranged." -"They could mistake me for a senior" Mary Cooper, season 1 episode 2 -Sheldon's feuds with Pastor Jeff -Season 1 episode 5 in general, for the most part. Sheldon helps the football team win games with his knowledge of statistics. He becomes the most popular kid in school, then learns he doesn't want to be popular. The best part is when his mom tears everyone a new one to the tune of the Clash's "I Fought the Law." Another funny part is when Sheldon lies to Mee Maw about who will win a game, which causes her to get in trouble with Ray Liotta and she has to pay him in quarters -Sheldon gets a computer after Missy tries to make him feel bad about getting nothing after she got something -Missy sprays Mee Maw with the fire extinguisher -Sheldon angrily cleans the house to Twisted Sister's "We're Not Gonna Take it" -George finally one-ups Mee Maw when Sheldon inadvertently gives him an excuse to back out of a commitment with her right after she insults him (season 2 episode 7) -George being proud of Sheldon for getting in trouble (season 1 episode 9 and season 2 episode 7) -Sheldon's Moby Dick/gallbladder dream -Sheldon goes to live with Dr. Sturgis and Mary cries. George reminds her that she's still got Georgie and Missy. Mary cries even harder -George beats up Veronica's stepfather -Sheldon's insults to Mary in season 3 episode 1. They were all pretty much spot on. My favorite was "You talk to an invisible man in the sky who grants wishes. If anyone's mental, it's you" -Bolero bowling -Sheldon tells his mom that he's gong to read "Lord of the Rings" and she replies "Well, it's got the lord in it. That's something" -Sheldon's "Lords of the Rings" -themed nightmare -"You're my dad and I'm genetically obligated to love you" -The school bends over backwards to make Sheldon and George happy to the tune of the Beatles' "Money (That's What I Want)" -Billy says "My mom is on valium" -Billy asks "Does my child taste like chicken?" -"A crocodile could always use a fresh meal but that doesn't mean I should walk into its mouth" -"Why do I need glitter? I already have a sparkling personality" -Missy "Wins" that competition against Sheldon at the end of the day, only to not be able to collect her winnings because it was too late in the day (so Sheldon truly won because he was the one who got what he wanted) -"Give them your brain. You're not using it." The entire family insults Georgie a lot. That one's my all-time favorite. -"I agree with The Beastie Boys. You gotta fight for your right to party." Little did Georgie know that's not what they believed and that whole song was written to make fun of people like him -"I'll tell you who really didn't have a heart: my mother, for making me wear a funnel on my head" -"If you're worried about the beer-drinking, dad has thoroughly desensitized me" -"Sheldon does not look down on women. He looks down on everyone" -"Thanks, and you're a remarkable old man" -Sheldon inadvertently makes a pregnant girl cry harder than she already was by saying "Nothing is more important than protection" -"Football players are meant to be hurt. I'm meant to be cherished." -Mary's surprise when Sheldon is excited that Dr. Sturgis gets to work on the super-collider -Mary Cooper reveals that she started an organization that writes letter to get taken off the air. She says "It's gonna happen any day now." Adult Sheldon narrates that the only Simpson she ever loved was "O.J." -"Sorry for wasting your time. Oh, this is geology. You're already wasting your time." -Sheldon manipulates the university into giving him whatever he wants after he was in a car accident -The entire "Black Hole" episode -The first 2 Pastor Rob episodes. -The scenes with Penn and Teller -Sheldon tutors Billy and Billy blows his mind, Dr. Sturgis's mind, and Dr. Linkletter's mind about zero. -Sheldon accidentally creates a blackout at the university
My fav time of laughter while watching young sheldon is the episode where missy helps sheldon with the youngest sparks kid and billy says “i feel pretty”
I love the Wolf of bread.Episode, is there a corny waves? The flag and sing sings every paediatric.American national anthem known to man. That's brilliant
I want to mention the time Georgie almost died by Missy, Season 5 Episode 1, and the “I don’t even know why I came over here” joke from the Lock-In Episode from Season 5
Out of all the things Sheldon had done as a kid probably the worst thing he ever did back, then was when he suggested communism on the news which got his whole family in trouble and got everybody in town think that they were communists because he wanted bread for his sandwich
Although this was a very funny show at times, I disagree with some of the list. Missy almost never makes me laugh. The brisket thing didn't make me laugh either. The communism thing was one of my least favorite episodes, although I liked Mee Maw's singing. And the awkward family dinner felt like the beginning of this show's "Jump the shark moment" for me.
I don't like how Missy can have such a sassy attitude for someone so young she's the character I hate the most in young Sheldon Missys not funny or cute
@@shelliehayes6622 the difference is that he is almost always spot on, and he does that to people when they deserve it or when they are just seriously wrong. And he does it the right way, he doesn't resort to bad words. He can make the point without using bad words. Missy is pretty much always wrong. She just likes making people feel bad.

I didn't like that episode. It was more dark and depressing than funny. but that part of that episode was fun
She was funny. The episode also exposes human hypocrisy and our penchant for faux outrage over things we don’t really care about
So true
Fr is so funny
Sheldon running away from Mary in an astronaut's costume whilst Meemaw ran
to get the camera will always be at the
top of the list for me 😂
13:14 I like the way Connie were using a fire extinguisher to get rid of pastor Jeff.😅

A funny moment is when the twins are home alone and Connie walks in and they blow a fire extinguisher at her face
That is one of my all-time favorites
i love young sheldon
Chasing the roadrunnner. Happy wednesday morning, Phoebe. Take care and God bless you. Greetings from Colombia to you as well.
I wanted to see more on Sheldon, Billy and Mathology.
I love young sheldon
Mary finding out about George bailing Connie out of jail cuz of her DUI is my favorite 😂
“With God as my witness, I’ve never been to the race track in my life”

"I think I'm gonna wet myself." I love that line! XD

I agree with all of those except that last one
What about how any scenes with Sheldon’s senses? How everything is too much for him? Those are the funniest
My brotha, I have not heard NOBODY talk about TRAPPED..most underrated proff song EVER🔥🔥
Any scene with Missy, Meemaw or George Sr. & Jr 😂❤️👏🏻 They’re definitely what has kept me loving this show over the years. I honestly don’t know whose sassier Connie or Missy, and to be fair, I don’t know if I can make that comparison, they’re both equally sassy lol
Agree❤❤
That’s the game equivalent of jugging a book by it’s cover 10:49

I think when Sheldon calls Pastor Jeff out for his hypocritical behavior while at the pulpit towards his family
Freaking Awesome 👍👍😎😎 Sheldon Rules ❤️❤️😎😎👍👍❤❤
Billy is the best.. he stood with missy when the one kid was making fun of her family.

the young sheldon moment that made me go BAZINGA! was when sheldon ccoper does uhh um like skibidi toilet (bro look type he fw HEAVY) Angus Geraghty
I said with the first episode that the girl who plays Missy would be the breakout star of that show.
God bless America
Not just devastated, but crestfallen, and... chagrinned"
Out of all the things Sheldon had done as a kid probably the worst thing he ever did back, then was when he suggested communism on the news which got his whole family in trouble and got everybody in town think that they were communists because he wanted bread for his sandwich
Meemaw could've made pastor Jeff make him beg for forgiveness and make him beg for his mommy while crying like a little girl.
13:19 ya
My dad and I think Missy is number 1
Savage 0:37
That show and “The Big Bang Theory” would have been a whole lot better if they would have come right out and said that Sheldon was an Autistic!
My favorites are Missy punching shedon In the eye. And Sheldon being taped to the wall especially his mouth
Speaking as someone who has a despising level to elon musk, it raises it more seeing musk as a cameo.
