"声をきかせて (Koe wo Kikasete)" was written in Japanese and was released on Big Bang's 2011 Japanese album BIGBANG 2. You can tell it's an older song because G-Dragon and T.O.P are rapping in English. They didn't start rapping in Japanese until the Japanese album ALIVE -MONSTER EDITION, a Japanese version of their 2012 album ALIVE.
I think when the song is written originally in Japanese, it sounds better. I'm not sure if Tell Me Goodbye was written in Japanese first.
@@tdragonreactions "Tell Me Goodbye" was also written originally in Japanese and was also on the BIGBANG 2 album. I agree, I think the songs lose something when they're translated. The meanings even change because you have to match the rhythm in the new language.

Agree about Daesung. His voice is very suited to the language and also the different style of BIGBANG's Japanese music. I hope you check out his solos - their solo styles are all impressive - and Daesung's voice shines. I like what I think is an adlib from Taeyang at 7.41 in your video - need to go back and check if it really is different to how he sings it in the mv.

definitely the album that was exclusive for Japan is beautiful, and it has my favorite songs.
It makes me a little sad that Daesung's voice is one of the most underrated in Korea, but in Japan he shines his solo concerts are incredible, his vocal range is so wide from low to very high notes,

You'll discover that as you keep listening to more and more of their music and wondering where you've been all these years and not listening to them before! Love you girl. I'm 64, I was there during Bigbang's inception and I've loved these "boys" since then. I have been to their concerts, Alive and MADE. They are incomparable. I love them all but I love Dae the most. You are right, Daesung in Japanese fits him well that's why he is the most popular among them in Japan. I just pray that before I finally laid to rest I could watch another Bigbang concert this time with my 5yo granddaughter whose bias is T.O.P. Thank you❤

I often look at reactor’s playlists and BIGBANG is nowhere to be found, they have all other groups but BB. Every song is a gem, they don’t have a bad one but yet…
As you know, GD is my bias and every other are 2nd, it was impossible for me to choose 1 to 5, but when I heard Daesung’s live performance of Anymore my ranking almost changed to 1, 2, 333. It’s now back to 1, 2222.
