We normally do Thanksgiving with my family and Christmas with his family. We do a game night on the weekend before Christmas at our house. I consider you my UA-cam daughter, lol. My children are grown, and we are empty nesters. Now Im feeling lonely again because they have their own families and starting traditions of their own. Merry Christmas, and congrats on 10K. P.S. When you’re dating someone and it’s getting to that stage of becoming one yes you will have to alternate holidays. Your situation is like mines my mom is in the same city with me so be thankful for that you can see her often and daily if you want. So visiting your soon to be in-laws is good then you go back home and your mom is walking distance which is a blessing. I love this for you. Your man is goin be your best friend so after you do it this year you goin see it’s not bad at all and your family will understand.

It definitely gets harder when your kids are grown. You can do it though! It just takes time to adjust. 🤗 thank you much for the advice.
