The Spice and Tea Exchange - Making Florida Sunshine Salt Spice Blend

During our time in St. Petersburg, Florida at the International Food Wine and Travel Writers Association conference, a group of us visited The Spice & Tea Exchange. We watched them making Florida Sunshine Salt Spice Blend.
Florida Sunshine is made of sea salts, citrus zests, green peppercorns, ginger, and rose petals. It is mixed for at least 20 minutes. The blend is excellent on fish, chicken, salads, seafood, etc.
