Sorry for the reupload! Thank you to the peeps who pointed out there was a frozen bit in the first uplaod, seems like the processing got messed up or something. Feel free to drop ideas for the channel below and all the best!
Love your videos so far! It would be really cool to see you try out techniques, subjects and styles that you usually don't do. And maybe keeping a sort of visual diary/sketchbook for it! Keep track of your thoughts and how your ideas about art might/could change? And approach something not by thinking about the visuals, but about the meaning (ahh I'm rambling here) ANYWAYS, it would be super cool (as I said) to see you try something really different from what/how you usually work, and to keep a record of it in a book somewhere Have a good day! :D
Hey Thomas, nice video! Would you mind writing down the names of the artists? I would like to search those artists, but It's a bit difficult for me to perfectly understand the names in the video as I am not english native speaker. Thanks a lot!
Hello, new sub here, love your vids, im planning to apply for a MFA program at RCA and one of their scholarships (and perhaps UAL too), do you think they care about my art college’s GPAs (mine’s not really high LOL)? Btw your voice is very soothing 👍
Hello and welcome 😄 there's always minimal requirements for grades (such as passing maths and English), but I get the feeling they don't really care about it and the portfolio is what they mainly look at 👍🏼 many art students don't fit well in the academic system growing up but then flourish in creative courses.
I do not see these artists in your work other than perhaps a minute amount. Describing their work does not describe how your work is influenced by them. We "like" all artists on some level. How much of those artists have you studied? What about their influences? How does their work affect and influence you and your work? I do not mean to offend.
