Pickups: Twisted Tele (neck), 63 tele pu (bridge), daphne blue

Stomp: Ibanez Tubescreamer TS9, OKKO Diablo gain+
Box: Stur 1 x 12 with Celestion V30

Nice one, I also have a sonic blue rosewood Fender strat with the 69 custom PUs in. Came here to check out the Twisted Tele though, really dig your playing and you’re definitely a man of culture 😉
Amazing test!!!!!!!! I have the Brunetti head and this is a great great amp!
Great comparison, the tele bridge still has an effect on tone and maybe the metal cover but they sound closer than expected. I wonder if a top loader and different saddles would give that spongy flavor.
They sound the same to the point where I can’t sleep at night. So I just bought a set of twisted pups.
I’ve got the two guitars, I have to do this in real life.

Wow, both neck sounds identical. I’ve been craving for a strat recently but my twisted tele loaded telecaster should suffice and would keep me from spending money on something I already have. This video saved me from buying a strat, thank you.
Yes. TT pickup is quite close to the strat neck pickup. I have it in my BAJA telecaster, and i love it.
Both sound great but I have to go with the tele.

Strat is a little darker but I think the Twisted Tele Pickup will do with a little Eq adjustment & save me from buying a Strat.

honestly i dont know - i still have the stock tubes built in ;) never changed them

only a brunetti 2x12 with vintage 30 16 ohm. but this was too harsh and did not match. this one (as well as the v30 of my singleman16) is much smoother
Loke the growl on tele bridge for distortion. But neck of tele and strat is almost identical.
Got same mine tele neck twisted pickups, but mine is maple board and the difference is your rosewood neck tele has more chime like your rosewood strat.
