Hey, Julie answer these questions plus mine...so all you are using is watercolor paper? What other paper can be used of this size?
How do I scan materials on the large mat as when I press button to do this it say this mat can not be used it's a new mat .. the machine will cut on it and feed it but not scan it
Yes I have the same problem... I looked it up and it says you can't use the 12 x 24 to scan. That SUCKS BIG TIME - They should tell you that on the package so you know before purchase. Now it is USELESS for me. Not happy!
Just bought a Brother's 12x24 mat and will not work!!! Money down the drain!
Hi Julie, on this 12 x 24 mat, I see that you download image from pattern collection after you set up your page. But am I correct if I already have image that I created for cutting, instead of download I should select the scan button? So I can scan and cut. Right?? Thanks so much, I really enjoy your video.

I have the cm 350 n it has 12x24 i havent used it yet but i think its for when u do it on the canvas site i hope i can use it without going to the canvas website
I tried it useing the built in pattern n so far it worked but i think thats how u can use it only or being connected to computer i wonder if u save ur images to ur machine would it cut it i dont know cause im not conected to internet but if some one is can u try it n let me know thank u please im trying to figure this out god bless 🙏😊
Hi i also tried it with my saved images n it did work but doesnt do no longer than sometimes 13 in the longest was 18 in its ok but doesnt go no longer
Yes only for direct cuts cant scan ur images not on this model the 650 model can scan n cut
Standard Tack 12X24 only works for SDX125, SDX125E, and SDX225.

Hello, I have a question. I been looking around for a cutter that can contour cut my 11x17 printed images. For example if I print up a full color Mickey Mouse at 11x17 heat transfer will that cut it out for me? I been trying to find videos similar to what I'm talking about but couldn't find any I really hope you can help me, thanks!
If you have the machine she has u can i have the 350 cm you cant scan the 12x24 mat on this one you can only direct cut and u would need to scan first ur image in order to cut it thank u
can multiple pcs to be cut put on the screen to be used with this mat,,,or is it just for one size to be cut out

Figure it out useing 12x24 mat with the 350 cm machine after u go to the ranch select 12x24 n then go to ur built in patterns or what u saved to machine pick what u want to make big but they dont tell u to click the arrow when u sizeing ur pic click on arrow n now u can cut BIG 12x22 at least love it

I am trying to cut an image I've created in Sure Cuts a Lot 4 to be cut on my CM550. I have the mat set in SCAL and on my SNC to the limitations of the mat. But when I try to cut I get an error message: "There is a pattern out of the effective area. The pattern cannot be cut or drawn." This is the first time I've tried cutting a large design. Any idea why this is happening!?
@@BrotherCraftsUSA ... I have made sure on both counts. But I did find out by watching a video from someone who has "mastered" herself in all things SNC and SCAL and determined that I needed to change the orientation of the mat in SCAL. Once I did that, all things were good!
Hi Julie, I have been using several Brother ScanNcut and now have the SDX1200 but I am trying to do some wedding bits and decided to use the 12 x 24" cutting sheet. however doesn't matter which way I place it in the machine it will not be recognised. would you have any ideas what could be the course.
