Both these numbers are in the HR data. The people leaving is mostly on the trend analysis basis and the promotion are based on the actual calculation ... But we get these numbers from the HR data, HRIS.

How did you get the number of people leaving and promoted? Did you assume?

How did you get the turn over percentage?
If u divide the employee who are leaving with the total number of employees and then multiply it with 100
