i was at a shop and i was asking about a box stapler and the guy there gave me a like new in the box Manual Stick HC 150T C58 he told me the old owners of the shop had it and could not get it to work right for them ! first thing read the manual ! then remove stuck stappels ! works just fine ! and the best thing it did not cost even a dime ! hope you can get one the same way i got mine !

If stapling the top of the box to seal it, how down into the box do the staples go before it bends them back? Do you need space so it doesn't hurt the goods?

So it has this automatic "hands" to bend the staple from the inside, can the stapler and the "hands" goes through 1,6cm cardboard?

There are different versions of the stapler and staples that accommodate different types of cardboards. If you have the ECT/Burst for the boxes you're using (normally a stamp or seal with this info on the box somewhere) I can gladly let you know which model and type of staple would suit you best!

does it work on 3-ply corrugated box as well when box is not fully packed from inside ..??

It does, but it will just be a little more tedious when it comes to stapling if the box doesn't have enough in it to give the flaps at least some stability when stapling - if this is the case, you may be better suited for one of our CL Anvil plier staplers that you can slide under the flaps to provide support for a strong stapling clinch and hold. @@ismenterprises2582 Cool .. Anvil plier stapler will not go full length, if carton is longer OR do you first staple one pin from one side with anvil plier and then next pin can be simply stapled .

Even if carton is empty we can first do BoPP tape - and then staple and flaps will be holded by BoPP tape. I want one staple for 5 ply carton.
