The diversity of vehicles, power levels, paint, level of prep + roof racks, trailers, and ability to drive on the road is astounding. Well done to all involved, I can see why your standards were so high during this Volvoghini build! Thx for your quick edits Peter!
This event looks incredible in terms of the crazy builds people come up with, Volvoghini included. Made by gear-heads and properly thrashed on track. Good luck Peter, hope to see your car running some times by the end of the week!
Agreed! Would be interesting to see what kind of wheel/tire combination they're running. Afaik it's already hard to fit something that can cope with the power of an S14 swap without butchering the body...
Watching from Australia. Love Sweden's street week thanks to you. Have a similar thing now back home and I really like the feeling of these events. Into other car things right now but can see myself giving it a go in the future. Thanks also for your technical / electronic details of your builds as I'm sure a lot of us watching do understand it an like to see it. Thanks for uploading., love it!
You look very happy peter 😊 totally different from some years back in an r8 video were you clearly been tired and sad...alot of people including me were woried ❤️
That bmw 2002 with the barra blew my mind, great to see the barra popping up in lots of different cars. Would love to see more on that if you have the chance. Well done on getting the car together!
Glad you made it Peter, a great effort and a great team. I hope you enjoy yourself and get to relax and unwind a bit. Thanks for sharing this, very interesting. Love to see more of that 164, all the Volvo builds actually.
Mate, two videos in a row? And coverage of Swedeweek? That's awesome. Congrats on getting the car done and ready. This has been shared with the Volvo Club here in Perth, Western Australia so there's 2000 people here cheering you on 😂
Good luck for the week. Westbergs Camaro came from Finland as a roller. That green 164 has S80 T6 engine from Lensu Power. That silver model-A has 632cid ( if I remember correct) twin turbo.
Nice work on making the deadline (just). good to see it moving and towing. Crazy to see so many wild full drag cars on a drag and drive The Barra BMW was a nice surprise.
thank you for sharing ! not quite the same as being there, but still a feel for the mood and these gorgeous builds... Congrats on the successful mad dash with the Volvoghini...
Thanks for posting it was great to see the car in action!! Also great to see a Barra over there since I'm watching from Australia and daily drive a turbo Barra. Can't wait for more updates, been following you for a long time love your work mate!!
yes yes yes!!! to think you was going to give up on this car too.. seeing it move even on old engine i believed would of kept you going, not to mentoin all our support and volvo fans word wide and here on youtube!
I already knew the car ended up working and driving since I follow you on Instagram, yet I still find myself anxious watching this and wondering if you will complete it in time :P
Congrats on getting the Volvo together in time. I was shocked to see one of our Australian Barra engines in that BMW. It's a good choice. Far cheaper than a 2J setup these days. Good luck for the week.
Kinda wanna know more about that lil civic, the older volvos, the camino. The cars using stock chassis are more interesting than the ubiq tube frame "lookalikes" with turbo ls to me. That old ford is cool af too. Even the lil opel. Shoutout to your lil team, great guys!
Very cool. It's a lot of work to set it all up to represent the power accurately with numbers the first few times, but its always fun and I know you had fun! Thanks for sharing! I just want to start my Volvo. That Opel was tough with the b234 in it. 16.16 I laughed a bit, zip tied fuel rail, been there! His injector welds look like my intake. It takes time to develop all the skills doesn't it?
volvoghini video 2 days a row? nice!
I know it’s heaven ain’t it.
Project Binky take note :-p
@@EddieIrvine106 for real i was wee little lad when that project started

That is sooooo cool: finishing the project just in time and drive to the race pulling a caravan. You’re a boss!
Great to see the Volvo made it Peter! Would love to see some more of the barra powered Bmw 2002.
Agree!!
Agreed! Would be interesting to see what kind of wheel/tire combination they're running. Afaik it's already hard to fit something that can cope with the power of an S14 swap without butchering the body...

Swedish ingenuity is what got me into Volvo for the last 20 years. My 2000 V70R is slow, but at least I made it a manual.
The video the world has been waiting for. Thanks for all your efforts bringing us these videos.
That bmw 2002 with the barra blew my mind, great to see the barra popping up in lots of different cars. Would love to see more on that if you have the chance. Well done on getting the car together!

Been following your build for ages Peter it's really cool. The 'big 6 cylinder' looked the an Australian Ford Barra engine. Cheers from Australia.
