- I did this video for two reasons the first was that this was a video request from someone that watches my video's. The second of which is to debunk or confirm some of the things that have been said about the team bonuses in the game. In regards to the former it was said in the cheats section for the X-Box 360 version of the game on GameFaqs that you get the Flashback bonus by including Iceman in his Classic costume. This isn't true, it's Iceman's Original costume that makes him eligible for this team bonus. It's also said that Nightcrawler can be added to the Weapon Specialists team, but I tried that and it didn't trigger the Weapon Specialists team bonus.

Yah they miss a lot for giving bonus xp n stuff for teams.. im playing this on wii ha and there is a lot missing lol . Still fun n lots to find ..but ya a lot of teams r missing from older versions. Crazy this came out in 2006.. I remember not liking it much on original xbox but I wasnt into rpgs n the game seemed small or idk .. but it aged well and I enjoy it now in 2019

Strongest team is Met His Maker with Dr. Doom (Classic costume), Dr. Strange (classic costume), Moon Knight (Classic costume) and Ghost Rider (Original Costume) Strange's healing, Rider's ressurection and Knight's nunchucks's damage and Doom's shield make them individualy op;
But the team's overall effciency is pretty much unstopable.
On the second game, Natural Forces with Thor, Jean, Storm and Human Torch is the most meta I know...

@@israelbattle5997 Because they met their makers. Magneto for example, he was in the holocaust, and Nazi's killed his family in the comics, and he manifested his powers to escape. So Magneto met his maker, or makers, just like the rest of the characters in that team. :)

I liked playing as the Classic Avengers team and the Super Natural team. I also played as the Marvel Knights team but the first two were always my favorites. I had the PS2 version and I wish they included Colossus so I could play as the X-Men team. Hmm, seems like I should've played more as the Marvel Royalty team as my go-to characters were always Doctor Strange, Thor and Black Panther.

Fantastic Four was the go-to team for kid me too. They and the X-Men were the only team's I knew of at that time. This was before the MCU so I had no idea who idea who or what the Avengers were at the time. If I could go back tho I would've definitely started using Avengers & Classic Avengers.

I got this game when I was 10 years old back in 2006 for the original Xbox and I don't remember seeing Moon Knight cyclops Nightcrawler Sabretooth or the hulk damn I missed out on the DLC
Black Phoenix Well Moon Knight was one of the console exclusive characters for the next-gen versions of the game.
And Cyclops, Nightcrawler, Sabretooth, and Hulk were console exclusive DLC characters for the Xbox 360.

If Iron Man had the Iron Patriot skin, we could have formed The Dark Avengers too.
But the iron patriot armor first used in 2009. So it would've been a good choice for a skin in Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2 which also came out in 2009.

Nope the teams that are listed in this video are the only ones that can be made. I've put the aforemtioned characters on several teams in the PSP version but it didn't trigger a team bonus.

Although there are a few exceptions, they aren't the only characters that aren't included in some of the games team bonuses. Sabretooth and Wolverine aren't included in the arch rivals team bonus despite their well known rivalry. And Captain America doesn't qualify for the West Coast Avengers team bonus when using his US Agent costume.
I know, I've played the game before Xbox One and 360. Which makes no sense, they could've put Wolverine and Sabretooth in the Arch Rivals team.
They've been enemies in the comics. Also they could've put US Agent costume in the West Coast Avengers team...

Nice video i got this game for the psp im surprised that it does not have voice acting it only shows the texts just like the other versions do along with the voices from the charathers but im seing that in your game theirs voice acting or is it a special mod or something ? i was trying to figure out how to make 8 different teams out of the roster of 33 without repeating characters, heres what i got:
1. alternate identities - 5% criticals (ghost rider, spider woman, ms marvel, thor)
2. defenders - 5% dmg as health gain (doctor strange, iceman, silver surfer, hulk)
3. fantastic four - 20 health per ko (mr fantastic, invisible woman, human torch, thing)
4. martial artists - 15 striking (black panther, daredevil, moonknight, nick fury)
5. new avengers - 5 all resistances (cap america, iron man, spider-man, wolverine, luke cage)
6. rogue gallery - 10% reduced power cost (doctor doom, magneto, sabretooth, venom)
7. weapon specialists - 5% criticals (blade, deadpool, elektra, hawkeye)
8. x-men - 15% max energy (colossus, storm, cyclops, nightcrawler)
there is probably more combinations or better bonuses but those are the ones i felt like doing
What is the most OP team, above all?
Any team that involves Ronin on the PSP version. For other versions of the game, it's Wolverine, Thor, Silver Surfer, and Deadpool.
Favorites are the Classic Avengers, Marvel Knights, Arch Rivals, Double Date, X-men, New Fantastic Four, and that's pretty much it.
Also, my favorite characters in this game (And my favorite Marvel Characters in general) is Spider-man, Deadpool, Moon Knight, Venom, and Wolverine
How is Nightcrawler on Martial Artists but not Deadpool?
So many memories and the number of teams is crazy. Too bad they didn't include The Midnight Sons. 4 of the members are here (Ghost Rider, Dr Strange, Moon Knight, and Blade), but there is no announcement or special team gain.

There's no way to do that
So Captain Marvel doesn't qualify for any team bonuses with anyone.
I don't think so if she does, it would be news to me. It's hard to keep track of who fits into certain teams in this game. When I was doing research there were a few characters that weren't listed for certain teams that that they were actually in.
What’s the difference with the special edition for ps2?
The key differences between the regular and special editions of Marvel: Ultimate Alliance are that the special edition includes an additional disc with bonus content. This supplementary disc features trailers and a behind-the-scenes video for the game.
I'm surprised that after all this time no one has ever mentioned the secret characters hidden in the Game Menu at various locations (Stingray in Atlantis, Thunderbird in Murderworld, Son of Satan in Mephisto's Realm, Beta Ray Bill on Asgard and Mar-Vell on the Skrull world).
It shocked me no end.
Each also has a monstrous offensive, with Mar-Vell bringing his nega-bands together being the most impressive visually.
Son of Satan's trident is also perfect for some situations as it drains Health from enemies and gives it to the team.

These characters are only officially on the PSP version. But if you can mod them into the original PC version of the game.

They were PSP exclusive characters that's why. Hawkeye was as well but he was a DLC character for the Xbox 360 version because he was highly requested.

Well that's the first I heard of that. As for the PSP characters not being included in the PS4 remaster of the game. I'm not sure why they weren't included.

No they weren't Hawkeye was the only PSP exclusive character that was later added as a DLC character.
But the characters that Logan mentioned were only playable in the PSP versions.
Who the heck is Ronin?
To be honest with you I'm not a regular reader of comics, so that was also my reaction when I heard that she was in the game. Having said that the original Ronin was a character called Maya Lopez. Who is deaf but has photographic reflexes which allows her to mimic other people's movements. In regards to this she has a power which allows her copy at least one power from a handful of characters in the game.

Gotg Wasn't Formed at that Point in time( Heck in Umvc3 Gotg wasn't Formed ) in the Comics it was Formed in 2013.
Why isn't Daredevil and Elektra or Daredevil and Black Widow part of the double dates team?

I would love to help to help you, but I'm not even sure if the original links are still valid. And if something happens to go wrong during the installation I wouldn't know what to tell you.
No Doctor Doom and the Hulk are only playable in the X-Box 360 version if you bought the DLC. Alternatively, you can also play as them in the MUA X-360 Gold Edition.
Other than that the guys at marvel mods were able to make them playable in the PC version of the game. But I've just checked and that original file is no longer working.
IceWallow Come ok I don’t know if you misread my comment but I didn’t say this game is shit! Meaning it’s a bad game. I said this game was THE shit! Meaning it was a good game. The reason I use was is that I no longer play it or will play it in the future and it’s very unlike we will see any thing like this again because Disney won’t let any 3rd party developer use there properties.
