That delay is seriously dangerous.
Thanks for sharing this. I have a question that you might be able to answer it. every time you use this camera, do you need to press the turn on button mounted on the solar panel? After you complete parking, do you have to turn off the camera by pressing the button on the solar panel again?
This dashcam would be perfect if there wasn’t so much of a delay and laggy camera 📷. It would be also good to run the cam infront and back simultaneously

I’ve had WM BPC back up camera Walmart for over 4 years now,
It’s literally the best and the cheapest for just $50
thinking of using this as a wireless dashcam/platecam type step up with screen record, is that lag something that can be corrected through the settings maybe with quality or fps

Without solar charging it back up, battery is good for 5 months without recharging. But I did advise trying out other brands over this one. You and the best distance for a semi truck for sure

That's why you can use the screws it came with if possible because they have different kind of heads inserts but also not many ppl would really know about this frame. I feel as it wouldn't be something that gets stolen
Each kit has anti-theft screws where you have to have a specific tool to open it. We have had no reported thefts from this version and the original smart wireless parking sensor.

what if you have multiple people who drive the same car and have it set up on their phone? If the driver pushes the button, will it show video on everyone's phone even when not there?

Most states, here in the USA, have a law that says you can not cover up the printed name of the state on your plate! This would be illegal in most states!!!! Just fyi…

Have fun installing those stereos. You do understand that not everything is for everybody and what you prefer isn't for everybody. For those who don’t know how to install or want to cut wires or change anything on the car this is the easiest set up.
You’ll get pulled over for covering the state
This is dumb. So you are in a busy parking lot or street needing to back in or parallel park, you have to make sure your phone is ready, Tap the button, unlock your phone and open the app, then put the car in reverse and start backing up? I want something to automatically make my phone go to the back up camera when I hit the button not give me a pop up to open the app? The button should make the phone go straight there without touching the phone at all! Touching the phone would be illegal!
You did not mention or show how it is illegal to cover up the State name on license plate. You covered up the State name very quickly without any mention of the problem. Seems sad you would do that on purpose. Bad advertising!

I don't have a cell phone and I'm an old disabled lady that just wants a simple backup camera without all the hubbub! I just want something I can plug into the cigarette lighter like a GPS.
