Your anxiety is probably timed with finishing school. Any time there are big changes, anxiety can rear its ugly head. You are an amazing kiddo who is so hard on themselves. I really hope you can continue to show yourself grace as you move to the next chapter and are able to celebrate small accomplishments. Love your Hobo and Im so grateful for you!

I'm sorry about your anxiety. Transitions can be difficult, and with your completion of university, there can be both the physical release from so much tension and then the change in routine. It can take a while to find a new rhythm. It's hard to think about what comes next when you're still recovering from the exhaustion of finals! It will get better, or at least, it will get different : ) I love your sharing your life, creativity, and work with us.
these are so fun and lots of good ideas!! just a thought you should do a "what's in my bag" or "what's in my pencil case" it would be fun to see what all you carry for school and just every day. it would help lots of us to get organized and see what would be easy to carry to hold all this fun stuff. plus it would advertise your pencil cases as well! have a great day!

Oh wow, I graduated from college 7yrs ago and I think I still remember the feeling of that last week, it was such a blurr, running on no sleep and a mix of adrenaline, and I do think my mental health struggled after because I was so used to run in such a speedy way that finding myself with time was really overwhelming. Side note, my bachelors is in engineering so the “two phase method” joke made me laugh out loud!
Recently I began barely being able to do basic journaling in my Hobonichi due to journal burnout I guess. I tried to do some digital planning thinking that it might spark some renewed interest. I realized that I’m probably not a digital planner kind of gal. I easily got frustrated with trying to move stickers into the planner, etc. I found your channel and began binge watching. I realized that I really LIKE paper planning with my Hobonichi, so I ordered new stickers from your store to start trying to find my inner artist again. A lot of the stickers are out of stock, so I’ll check again later for more. I love listening to you while you are going over your planning., and you’ve inspired me to try again. Thanks !
