No había ninguna serie, esto era exclusivo de el Port de Megaman X3 a PS1, solo aprovecharon el poder que tenía la PS1 e hicieron escenas animadas para presentar los jefes y nada más. Es como lo mismo que hicieron en Megaman X4, solo que esa vez utilizaron las escenas animadas para contar la historia de una manera más dinámica e bonita en vez de obligar a el jugador a leer cajas de texto.

It's a shame there isn't an option to play the Playstation version of X3 in legacy collection. I loved these cutscenes.

These cutscenes are for the Sony PSX version of MMX3, which is why they might be missing from the X Legacy Collection (at least the Switch version).
